Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.

The staff at this hotel were all very professional and friendly. Every request was met with a friendly person with a happy attitude. I feel kind of sad to leave a three star review since the people were so nice but there were a few things that led to this rating. We booked a courtyard, double queen room. It was very small with a very small bathroom. The room itself had been cleaned, but there were somebody's used towels in one of the dresser drawers (?) that had been there quite a while it seemed. I did notify the desk and they asked if we wanted them removed. I told them I had just thrown them under the bathroom sink. We were only staying 2 nights. There was still some hair on the bathroom floor (not ours) upon arrival. Not a biggie, in my opinion, but not great either. The bathroom had been cleaned otherwise. I was wishing for a few more outlets for devices. The sheets and towels were nice and fresh and the beds and pillows were pretty good too. The curtains in our room were pulled down in a couple of places but still closed properly. I noticed this on several other rooms, seeing them from the courtyard, but this is a pretty old hotel and it does appear to be wearing down. I think the common areas such as the courtyards, could use some serious steam-cleaning of the carpets. It didn't smell or anything but again, becoming very dated. The access to the waterpark was excellent. You could take the stairs up to the walkway that goes across the road, or you could take the elevators. I was disappointed to have to PAY to buy (crappy) towels at the waterpark at $4 a piece. The Skyline website says not to take hotel towels over there because there are towels available there, not really mentioning that you have to pay for them. Again, one thing that is a strike against. I suppose if they advertised this, everyone WOULD take hotel towels over. Whatever, just bring your own from home if you can or at least buy a decent souvenir towel somewhere. The location of this hotel is fantastic! We parked the car on arrival and never got back into it until we left. Our room package came with WEGO bus passes. If your room package doesn't include it, they are still a very economical way to get around the main tourist areas. We walked everywhere except for the Butterfly Conservatory, which we took the bus to. You could ride it back to the falls and beyond if you choose to. The green line is the tourist line. Overall, our stay was pretty good. Would I go back there again? Likely a yes to that question. I would recommend as well, as long as you are well informed before you go. We did see into a couple of the family suite rooms as we were passing by and they looked very spacious.

Good: so cute! Older home with 3 bedrooms. Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

The location is very convenient, just a 3-minute walk to the falls. However, the guest service is average. There were some bugs in the room, and they said that this is normal in the summer. They arranged a new room for us, but they were unwilling to deliver the room key to our room. They claimed to be a 5-star luxury hotel, but the service was poor.

The room was okay, but not particularly satisfactory. The scenery is okay, but the facilities are a bit outdated. Hygiene is general, and there is a gap between environment and price ratio. Service: The front desk deposited a rental fee of 93 Canadian dollars, deducting the parking fee of 47 Canadian dollars a night, and the remaining balance was not returned. Parking is expensive and inconvenient! The swimming pool is suitable for children to play.

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

First about the water park - so fun and truly great for all ages. We were there to celebrate by sons 2nd birthday and also had our 10 year old. The service is great, staff is friendly, and truly is a magical place for families. Arcade was fine. Overpriced. My daughter wanted to win a stuffy and she didn’t. But that was expected. Restaurants were just okay. Overpriced and just okay. But friendly people so we still appreciated the effort. The thing that actually took down the rating significantly was the beds. We got a kid cabins suite. The kids had a separate bunk area with twin bunk beds. But they weren’t actually twin sized. I guess I didn’t read the small print because if you’re over 5’6 you don’t fit. And we usually snuggle the youngest to sleep and I’m a little over 5’8 and my partner is 6’. They claim the bed in the main room is a Queen. It’s not. My 10y old has a queen bed and it’s bigger. We ended up pulling out the double sofa bed (same width as the “queen”) because my son wanted to snuggle and we all didn’t fit in the main bed. We aren’t big people. Tall yes, but not big (I wear a size small and could barely fit in the bed with my 2yo - we had pillows to stop him from rolling off). Also, the noise was really bad. There was a loud banging that woke up up before 7 everyday. I think if we’re go back we will sleep at a better hotel and just get the water park pass. We only ate half our meals here.

The hotel is a dump. Some of the staff was friendly, others were rude and not helpful. Everything in this hotel is outdated. Each floor near the elevators is “grandmas” couch and smells. My room, I got a room with a balcony. What a joke that was and loud. It sounded like I sleeping on the sidewalk the enter time. The sheets were clean at least. But I had to use fabric sheet to mask the odors from the carpet. The bathroom, yikes either you were getting cooked alive while taking a shower or your taking a polar plunge. Parking is a joke, the parking spaces are so tight. I inherited several dents on my new car. Be very careful going up and down the metal stairs they are not friendly, especially if your wearing heels.
