Kind staff and beautiful sight but little bit old room conditin

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel on the beautiful beach of Ngwesaung. Unlike many of the more crowded hotels in the area, this one offered a peaceful and quiet beach experience. The staff were truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Both the operations manager and general manager went above and beyond to assist us when we faced an unexpected emergency, showing incredible kindness and a service oriented attitude. This is my second time I chose this hotel at Ngwesaung and there is no doubt i'd chose this hotel over and over again. We had so much fun enjoying the beach activities, from jet skiing and kayaking to trying out a mini water jet. It was truly a memorable experience! With friends, family, couple or even as business traveller who want peace in mind and working remotely.

The food is amazing, wide variety of cuisine is provided for breakfast, the dinner is satisfactory too. The staffs are so friendly and the services are not too expensive, I wish there was a gym to workout. I really want the main pool to be cleaned. There are two villas with separate big private pools if you want to come with your family, I recommend it. The hotel is huge, I think it’s the biggest hotel in Ngwe Saung in terms of square feet.

Beautiful scenery, super nice, close to the beach, 1 minute walk, the beach in Ngwe Saung is very primitive, there are many cute children, beach motorcycles, off-road vehicles, speedboats for going out to sea

All the facilities surrounding the beach are clean and the sunset is beautiful.

Breakfast was okay, but the pool water was terrible. It didn't seem like the hotel I felt when I visited before. But the staff was friendly and nice
