Staff are awesome. Meals are ok, but then considering it's in the mountains,with breakfast and dinner provided, nothing to complain. Location is super awesome, quiet, tranquil,peaceful. Good for those who are looking for a break from the buzz and buzzer. The indoor hot spring and the view is super awesome.

Very friendly staff. Kudos to the F&B staff at the restaurant who were fantastic. Good location for a hot spring resort.

Excellent service. They offer free rides between hotel and the nearest bus terminal. We got a slightly early check in and a free upgrade to the latest renovated family room. Food was clearly stated as vegan/vegetarian or not, very vegan-friendly. Spas in the bathroom were very clean. Toilet flushed down well(which was a problem I was concerned whenever I stayed in Taiwan). Beds for two were king-sized beds. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were very spacious. The down side about the spa area is that there is not much to do there. Although it was a 1.5 hour bus trip from Feng Yuan, I think it worthed a night there if you are looking for doing nothing.

Overall it's pretty good, the breakfast options are a little limited, the hot spring pool in the room is semi-open-air, and the atmosphere is really great when you soak in the hot spring in the slightly cool weather! There are many restaurants outside the hotel!

To be honest, the room facilities are really simple, if the requirements are not high actually still can, but with this price to rent two nights seems to deviate from the actual imagination 🙄 And the whole suite most I appreciate is the toilet board 🤭🤭 dinner three people (one Evening) 1000 Taiwan dollars, actually have a hometown flavor, delivery service is very good, warm reminder: if guests go to the public hot spring remember to bring their own towels, the hot spring area does not have towels for Should (end)🤫 This is about 1 and a half hours from the city, if you need to go to the city center, it is recommended to find a night to stay in the city center before going, because it is too wasteful to go back and forth, and Monday seems to be their local rest Day, many restaurants are closed, if you want to find a restaurant along the way to the valley is more difficult! 🤑🤑

The bathtub is a good size, suitable for bathing, and very quiet, but the floor of the bathroom and toilet is too slippery. The floor in front of the sink is also very slippery. There are no anti-slip tiles, which is really dangerous. There are no handrails at all. If you are not careful, you may fall and get injured. I don't have any handrails to support my whole body. I slipped and fell to the ground and couldn't get up. Fortunately, I didn't hit my head. My knees and shoulders were badly injured. Please pay attention to anti-slip to ensure the safety of passengers. I’ve been to many other hot spring accommodations across the country, and they were all equipped with non-slip floor tiles or handrails. I was careless this time!
