The reception staff provided good service; although their English was not very strong, they made an effort to help. However, the staff at the dining area were not very polite and need improvement.

picked this one due to the close to the BaoAn airport. great service all in all good except the window was facing a poster and the tiny amount of sun light that could enter came from a tiny hole about 1 or 2 floors above. Other than that, its all good. Cheers mate!

Great hotel with airport drop off free of charge. Best of the best breakfast offered in Shenzhen. The room was super clean too. It's recommended.

Location is great for food lover. Lots of nice food downstairs. Can be noisy for light sleeper. 10 mins ride to airport.

Hotel near airport.good for flight to catch the next Day Nearby many foods and shops....even when we arrive at midnight..there are still foods available Supermarkets open till dawn too Good hotel rooms are basic and clean..but no window(fake window ) We will stay again when we transit in Shenzhen again
