It wasn't clean, and it was ancient.

Great hotel with good breakfast choice. Free street parking during the night.

Location ok for those who visit European Parliament. Only a few tram stops away. Good breakfast for a busy quest. Service was kind and helpful. Facilities included all the necessities.

Even though the location is fine, the service of the hotel is unacceptable. During the check-in process, the reception lady only told us the room floor and didn't mention any checkout time or Wi-Fi password. Therefore, we followed the check-out time on the trip website. The following day they told me that we needed to leave before 11 pm and allowed us to spend more couple minutes. They said the time on the website was wrong but the problem is why they don't adjust and tell us during the check-in. It is bothering us to rashly prepare our staff to leave. Also, there was one thing to complain but it maybe was my special case. There was a poo in the toilet…… I think the quality of reception needs to well well-trained more and the check out time

This is a great hotel near the historical center of Strasbourg, small and very clean room

The breakfast was very good. Much better than other higher category hotels. It is important that they allow check-in before the scheduled time if they have the room ready.

The hotel located 5 min by foot from the old city, across the park, with good terrace and excellent service.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and friendly.We were pleasantly surprised to find a car park right in front of the hotel which was free over the night 7pm to 9 am ,that was a very big concern for us prior to get there .Breakfast was very good and tasty 😋.Would visit again.

Great hotel with great bed,pillows,hot shower!Absolutely wonderful staff that were both friendly and helpful.Enjoyed the rapport with the lady on day shift so much she gave us a complimentary bottle of wine.A little out of the tourist precinct ..10-15 min enjoyable walk but well seviced by trams at Republique stop.Would highly recommend.Oh..great price also.

I would really recommend the hotel! The staff was so kind, the room was very clean, the location very good if you want to take a 4 mins walk to the center! We stayed overnight and had breakfast included which was really nice (croissant, baguette, omelette, bacon, sausages).

This hotel was really a terrific find! Well located; charming room, and very friendly and helpful staff - who speak a variety of languages. It was also very reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back!
