"It was wonderful! The staff was wonderful, everyone. We were traveling with my mom and friends. I felt right at home. I felt cozy and comfortable. It was stylish, the interior was beautiful, and it was clean. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they offered us the option of checking into available rooms now or waiting for upgraded rooms with a pool view. We were very tired, so I asked to be checked into any room right away. That evening, after we'd slept well, I asked to upgrade to a room with a pool view the next day. We packed our bags and left them in the room. We left in the morning, and when we returned that evening, the staff had moved our bags to our new rooms. They also surprised us with elephants made of towels and a sweet wish on the mirror.
Tribe offers delicious and varied breakfasts. There's plenty to eat for those who like to eat a lot for breakfast, as well as a wide selection for those who prefer coffee or tea with sweets. I didn't have time to try everything during our week-long stay. Your chef is wonderful! Thank you for the freshly baked pita!
The pool is superb. The bar serves delicious cocktails. There are clean towels for the sun loungers by the pool.
A special thank you to the staff who were attentive when I had a mild allergy. The manager at Bew told me there was a hospital nearby and to call reception immediately if I felt any worse. I've been to Thailand many times before and knew where the nearest hospital was and what to do in such a situation, but I think for those traveling alone or for the first time in Thailand, such care is very important.
There is underground parking. I was driving a low-slung car and found it difficult to park there, so they suggested I park upstairs.
The hotel has everything, and I think even more. Even a coworking space and special, noise-absorbing booths.
My mom and I really enjoyed it! See you there! Thank you for your hospitality!"
