"The hotel was exceptionally hospitable—after we initially called them for directions and still couldn’t find our way, they proactively called us back within five minutes to assist. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who offered us a refreshing, ice-cold local fruit juice. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly accommodated an early check-in so we could rest. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a stunning room that was incredibly spacious, filled with natural sunlight, spotlessly clean—there wasn’t a speck of dust—and featured thoughtful touches like a double sink for him and her. The hotel is brand new, immaculately clean, and carries a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. It’s a perfect getaway. When I return to Phuket, this will undoubtedly be my top choice."

"It was wonderful! The staff was wonderful, everyone. We were traveling with my mom and friends. I felt right at home. I felt cozy and comfortable. It was stylish, the interior was beautiful, and it was clean. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 PM. I asked for early check-in, and they offered us the option of checking into available rooms now or waiting for upgraded rooms with a pool view. We were very tired, so I asked to be checked into any room right away. That evening, after we'd slept well, I asked to upgrade to a room with a pool view the next day. We packed our bags and left them in the room. We left in the morning, and when we returned that evening, the staff had moved our bags to our new rooms. They also surprised us with elephants made of towels and a sweet wish on the mirror. Tribe offers delicious and varied breakfasts. There's plenty to eat for those who like to eat a lot for breakfast, as well as a wide selection for those who prefer coffee or tea with sweets. I didn't have time to try everything during our week-long stay. Your chef is wonderful! Thank you for the freshly baked pita! The pool is superb. The bar serves delicious cocktails. There are clean towels for the sun loungers by the pool. A special thank you to the staff who were attentive when I had a mild allergy. The manager at Bew told me there was a hospital nearby and to call reception immediately if I felt any worse. I've been to Thailand many times before and knew where the nearest hospital was and what to do in such a situation, but I think for those traveling alone or for the first time in Thailand, such care is very important. There is underground parking. I was driving a low-slung car and found it difficult to park there, so they suggested I park upstairs. The hotel has everything, and I think even more. Even a coworking space and special, noise-absorbing booths. My mom and I really enjoyed it! See you there! Thank you for your hospitality!"

"I spent my birthday at The Ozone Residences Bangtao, and it was absolutely perfect. The place is stylish, peaceful, and filled with natural light. Morning coffee by the rooftop pool with a view of the hills felt like pure magic. The staff were kind, the room spotless, and the whole atmosphere made the day truly special. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate! 🎂✨"

"Good for 5-6K. A special 👍 for the pool area and the thoughtful, intelligent breakfasts, which is nice. The location is generally okay, but when the construction ends in 2027, the trucks will be annoying with their dust and their huge size on these paths. The beach is only accessible by bike; I don't recommend walking. Have a great vacation 🙌🏻🤝"

The staff is super friendly, and their rewards program hooks you up with free stays. 10/10 would stay again—such a fun, fresh spot!"

"Spacious room, one pool for 4 rooms, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen at your disposal 24 hours located opposite the pool. You need to understand that you need to drive about 20 minutes to the sea by car. In general, for a long stay, this is a great option. Very responsive and pleasant staff. "The room was great, very close to the beach. There is a very busy street with many horse races nearby. The hotel environment is very good! The swimming pool is maintained every morning. The hotel facilities are also complete, with microwave ovens, electric irons, coffee machines, refrigerators and even ovens. Toiletries are also provided. There is no additional charge except for the electricity fee of 7 baht/kWh. We stayed for two days and the electricity fee was 175 baht, which is equivalent to more than 30 yuan. The store owner is very good. Check-in is smooth. Check-out electricity bill is settled and leave. There is no arguing and entanglement and it is very polite. I was worried before going, but nothing happened. I was really happy on this trip! Recommended, it is very cost-effective to stay in a villa when there are many people traveling, and I had a lot of fun with friends."
