The experience was truly captivating and I had to share it with everyone! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's prime location. Located in the heart of Yuecheng District, the rich Jiangnan charm washes over me as soon as I step off the bus. Just a few minutes' walk takes you to Lu Xun's hometown, where you can retrace his steps. Nearby, the Sunken Garden, commemorating the poignant love story of Lu You and Tang Wan, invites you to immerse yourself in the tenderness of history. Strolling through the nearby Cangqiao Zhijie Historic District, I felt the warmth of Shaoxing's everyday life, brimming with street food and traditional handicraft shops. Furthermore, the hotel is conveniently located just outside the City Square Station on Metro Line 1, making travel incredibly convenient. Entering the lobby, it feels like stepping into an artistic space reminiscent of a Jiangnan water town. The designer skillfully blends Jiangnan elements like blue bricks and black tiles with modern artwork to create a unique atmosphere. The room boasts a minimalist, neo-Chinese style, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Upon entering, the clean, tidy environment is a welcome relief. The bed has the perfect firmness, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is spacious and bright, with separate wet and dry areas. The amenities smell wonderful, and after a shower, I feel completely relaxed. Stepping into the hotel's breakfast room feels like embarking on a culinary journey through Shaoxing. The spacious and bright layout, bathed in natural light, creates a relaxing atmosphere as you dine. The menu is diverse and offers a perfect blend of local specialties and classic favorites. From freshly cooked hot porridge to fluffy bread, fresh fruit, and nutritious eggs, you'll find something to satisfy your taste buds, whether you prefer Chinese or Western cuisine. The beverage menu is also extensive, with rich coffee, rich milk, and refreshing juices, ensuring a refreshing morning. The service is also attentive, with staff promptly clearing tables and enthusiastically inquiring about any needs, making for a truly relaxing experience. Breakfast is a rejuvenating start to the day. The hotel's service was also exceptionally attentive. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was efficient. They also patiently introduced me to nearby attractions and local cuisine. I felt right at home here. My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Shaoxing Yuecheng deepened my love for the city. If you're planning a trip to Shaoxing, consider choosing this hotel; I'm sure it will provide you with an unforgettable experience."

"Our family came to Shaoxing for skiing during the National Day holiday, and the hotel isn't far from the ski resort. We stayed for three nights straight. I rarely actively think about reviewing a hotel, but I have to say our stay was incredibly comfortable. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services are commendable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the sofa in the room can also be converted into a bed. The breakfast was also excellent for a hotel in this price range. On our last day, during the busy National Day period, they even allowed us a late check-out, which let us rest up a bit after coming back from the ski resort on our final day, making our trip to Shaoxing truly perfect. Next time we come to Shaoxing for skiing, we'll definitely choose the Hyatt Place again!"

"Tingjian Dongpu Jiuyitang Resort B&B in Shaoxing Yellow Wine Town is a truly enjoyable B&B. The housekeeper went to great lengths to help with our luggage, so thank you! The location is excellent: Located in the heart of Yellow Wine Town, it's a two-minute walk to Xu Xilin's former residence, and the Jianhu Lake system is visible from the window. Shaoxing North Station is also nearby. Next door is Xu Xilin's former residence, and nearby are wineries and numerous pubs. During the day, you can visit Lu Xun's former residence, and in the evening, you can enjoy water-screen movies and performances on the stage, which faces the water on three sides. The B&B is unique: The overall style is a Ming and Qing dynasty water town, with wooden structures and yellow wine-themed decor. The soothing and relaxing background music exudes a Jiangnan charm. The Marshall speakers and other details are also very nice. Recommendation: For a better experience, it's recommended to have at least one staff member at the front desk to provide better service."

"The laundry room is too easy to use, the service is also very warm to stay in the hotel to wash clothes, I did not expect this Meihao hotel's laundry room to directly solve my problem! [Strong] I was a little lost when I was looking for a laundry room. I asked the staff and pointed the way patiently. I also reminded me that there is a drying area upstairs. It is more convenient and fast to add customer service in the future. I also recommended local delicious food. [Sun] Go in and see, the washing machine can automatically put detergent, do not have to think about the amount of use; after washing, use the vertical ironing machine to iron the shirt, a few minutes flat, folding ironing board is also very convenient, small clothes ironed properly. Although there is no sun in the drying area, it is well ventilated and the clothes dry quickly. [Applause] The room was clean and nothing to say. The desktop and bedside table were spotless, and even the remote control was wiped with wipes, which was very clean. I was hungry at 21 o'clock in the evening, and I went to the restaurant to eat a bowl of rice noodles, and my stomach was warm. "300 yuan can actually book a five-star hotel, this is definitely the ceiling of Shaoxing hotel price. The 600-plus Meishan Chunxiao Kaiyuan famous capital, World Trade Crown, seven or eight hundred Xiaoxianheng, Shaoxing Hotel feel not like this one. This brand of many hardware may not be as good as other five-stars, but the facilities are really rich and the experience is super good. The front desk gave me a free upgrade to the room type, with a bathtub and a bath bag. Many facilities are very intimate, such as free disposable towels, disposable paper cups, sink trash cans, tables can be lifted, sofas are more comfortable than other five-star hotels, the best thing is that there is actually a press that can be used for free unlimited use. Motor chair, really invincible. The mattress is a zero-pressure mattress with memory cotton pillows, but I don't like memory cotton mattresses. I feel too hard, and the breakfast is a bit less. But at this price, the facilities are so good, it is really invincible."

"Upon arrival, the hotel immediately upgraded our room to a more spacious one with a balcony. They also thoughtfully included a complimentary travel photography session for two and four tickets for a black-awning boat ride, which was incredibly considerate. Shaoxing's weather was scorching hot; after a full day of sightseeing, we were completely drenched in sweat, making the need for laundry quite urgent. The hotel provided complimentary laundry and drying services, and in just three hours, all our clothes were clean and dry. This was truly heartwarming and a huge relief. During laundry, I accidentally left my earphones in my clothes. A staff member later found them, kept them safe, and promptly returned them to me, saving an important item. I'm extremely grateful for their honesty and attentiveness. The hotel is a joint development by China Resources and Hyatt, boasting an excellent location. Right outside, you'll find Shaoxing Xintiandi, also developed by China Resources Group, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Apparently, 'The Kapok, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt' has already opened eight hotels in China, and I certainly hope to have the opportunity to stay at one again in the future."

"The hotel is located right next to the ancient city gate, just a few minutes' drive from Lu Xun's former residence. The environment is really nice, and the decor is quite good too. The lobby is spacious, and you can order coffee there. The rooms are clean and tidy, but it might have opened recently, as there's still a slight smell. It should get much better after a while."

The design is very detailed and reasonable, and the space is maximized. The experience is good. However, it is still troublesome to improve the hotel service training. A closed-operated hotel has an advantage. All service staff are like coming to a relative's store to help, without experience. I registered the hotel card, I can understand the machine problem, and I asked if I just checked in while I was helping with my hair... It’s not that I have checked in and what card is needed... Give me No. 156, say where to eat breakfast, don’t care if you don’t guide it, it’s not the first time I came and it’s a long strip layout. I asked the initiative and told me that the room is on the 5th floor, not the elevator on the 1st floor next to the trash can... I didn't ask and didn't provide services. I went out for dinner and went back to the hotel, and the staff also bowed their heads and played with their mobile phones. When I checked out, the service staff was different. It rained heavily and I asked if there was an umbrella for sale. I sent me a transparent umbrella directly. Thank you very much. I will not give a bad review for this kind of move. Although the hotel facilities and sanitation are OK, even the pillow hair dryer toilet is high-end, but I still want to say that strengthen the training, I think the customer service staff who reply to the bad review are very experienced and organized, and the store's practical service is also troublesome to strengthen it."

"It was a very enjoyable vacation. We stayed at the Yunhe Yebo Duplex Family Suite, which has two floors. The second floor has a 2-meter double bed, and the first floor has a 1.5-meter double bed, making it a perfect choice for family trips. The room also has a small courtyard, which is wonderful for chatting, drinking tea, playing cards, and taking photos. The hotel environment is clean and beautiful, with shady trees and fresh air. The most heartwarming thing was the excellent service; they proactively cared for the elderly guests and provided convenience in every way.
