"The hotel's location is excellent; being a standalone building, there's no light pollution at night, allowing for a pristine view of the starry sky. The hotel service is also great, and the evening activities are abundant, including a bonfire party and a live singer. This made the entire trip vibrant from day to night."

"The location of this hotel is really convenient, just next to it, go out and turn right for a short walk and there is a platform suitable for taking pictures, the scenery is very good. I lived in the room with plenty of lighting and spacious space. The off-season came over and the price was very high. If you come back next time, you will consider staying here, and I recommend it to friends who want to find accommodation in Lancang ~"

Located in Manghong New Village, Jingmai Mountain, Pu'er, our villa lies within the UNESCO World Heritage Site – Jingmai Mountain Ancient Tea Forest. Most rooms feature a private terrace where you can step out to a sea of clouds floating above thousand‑year‑old tea trees. The rooftop Pavilion public viewing terrace offers an unobstructed 360° panorama – perfect for sunrise over the clouds in the morning and sunset glowing over the tea mountains in the evening, then stargazing at night. Free on-site parking is available for a hassle‑free self‑drive arrival. Interiors are crafted with natural wood, providing cozy beds and private bathrooms. In the common area, you can enjoy traditional roasted Pu'er tea while listening to the wind and birds. Whether you are a photographer, a tea lover, or simply seeking a serene escape above the clouds, you will find peace and depth of time here.

"Facilities: The rooms were spacious, and I loved the folk-style decor. The toiletries and hairdryer were all from reputable brands. Cleanliness: The rooms, lobby, and dining area were all very clean. Service: This is truly the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, and the guesthouse owner was especially kind. He drove us to and from Manghong so many times. When it rained and we couldn't get back, we called the guesthouse, and he even turned around and came back to pick us up. He also kindly took us to photograph the broccoli trees in the evening. We are so grateful to him! Although it rained these past two days and we didn't see the most beautiful Jingmai Mountain, the guesthouse service made it all worthwhile. I would definitely come back to Jingmai Mountain just for this guesthouse. Environment: I highly recommend everyone sit on the rooftop terrace; it's so comfortable."

"The boss’s wife was very enthusiastic. When the first day arrived, the boss took the baby out to pick it up. At night, she also called the guests to barbecue and drink tea. The meat is the local winter melon pig. The tea is their own tea farm. If you want to drink anything, you can make any tea for you. You can also buy some tea from the boss’s own tea factory. The tea is very clean and delicious. I have some bacon made at home. I will stay here next time. The room is new and tasteless. The scenery is beautiful and the hygiene is super good. The instant noodles in the room are free. The breakfast rice noodles are the meat and the ribs are delicious. Especially recommended to feel particularly good ♥️ By the way, you can also watch the sea of clouds and sunrise not far away, but there is no sea of clouds this season! Ask the boss, the boss will find someone to take you there for ten minutes to the ~, it looks good!"

"Super, super satisfied! The hotel's decor and facilities are impeccable—spacious, fully equipped, and high-end. A particularly pleasant surprise was the provision of disposable towels! The owner told us that people don't believe she only has three rooms per floor, because she could have made five, but she wanted her guests to be comfortable and happy, so she only made three. The third-floor terrace offers fantastic sunrise and sunset views, without having to fight for a spot on the observation deck. The views from the room windows are also beautiful. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. She drove us to the bonfire party, grilled corn for us in the evening, and even gave us tea when we left. She's a very stylish, thoughtful, and beautiful woman. The rice noodles at her place in the morning were absolutely delicious; even I, someone who dislikes rice noodles, ate until I was stuffed. Finally, I hope the owner's business grows and prospers, and I hope to stay at your guesthouse again if I ever visit Jingmai Mountain!"

In the folds of southwestern Yunnan’s mountains, Lancang rests quietly like a gently infused Pu'er tea leaf. And tucked away in the most vibrant stretch of Lancang New Street’s网红 strip, Floras·Tea Villa finds its home—where the aroma of grilled rice cakes and the antiphonal singing of Lahu love songs greet you at the door, and another Lancang, veiled in tea mist and the silent rhythm of brocade weaving, awaits within. This is a tea villa that grew, not one that was built. The designer honors this sense of growth, intervening only where necessary—letting the restrained elegance of wabi-sabi set off the richness of ethnic patterns, and framing the old street’s dawn and dusk through floor-to-ceiling glass. And so, the tea villa acquires a character all its own. The soul of the tea villa lies in its firepit. New Street’s网红lane is Lancang’s liveliest pulse, and the tea villa beats right along with it. Thirty steps to the left, a liangfen stall that’s been there for twenty years; fifty steps to the right, a new café-bar run by the younger generation. Yet, curiously enough, as you sit idling under the mango tree in the courtyard, the clamor of the street fades into a distant hum, with only the occasional vendor’s call drifting through, like snippets of a bygone era escaping from an old radio. In the guest-exclusive "Lancang Old Street Eats Hand-Drawn Map" lies a lifetime of the host’s flavor memories: which rice noodle shop asks for a double topping, which barbecue joint must be paired with sour pickled greens, which pour-over coffee is brewed from beans grown by the uncle next door. And staying here, you’re no longer a visitor. At Tea Villa, Lancang is not the destination—it’s life itself.

"Awesome Lancang B&B experience! The overall is warm log decoration, the design of the big tea table is too suitable for the heart, and a pot of tea is made when you return from the trip, and you can instantly relieve your fatigue. The room is clean and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the details can feel the boss's intentions. The location is excellent, it is very convenient to go shopping and eat around, the boss will patiently answer questions, recommend local niche punch points and specialties, cost-effective. Come to Lancang for tourism, choose this one without stepping on thunder!"

"A wonderful hotel with wonderful people! It's very new and the rooms are beautiful. They always offer tea, give recommendations on where to go and what to see, and can even drive you to and pick you up from anywhere. You can also rent a scooter. Every evening they host barbecues, sing songs, and chat. In terms of rooms and service, there are absolutely no complaints; everything is perfect! They can also pick you up from and drop you off at Xishuangbanna (for a reasonable price). While the owner's niece speaks a little English, everyone is excellent at using translation apps, so there are no communication issues. The view from the hotel is stunning! The only thing I'd wish for is a more diverse breakfast."

"Hotel praise The stay experience is super amazing, the texture of the whole house is full! The whole line of room toiletries is Aesop, the taste is high and gentle. The bathroom configuration is directly full of top equipment, the sanitary ware is Duravit, the Hansgrohe used for the shower faucet, and the water experience is particularly comfortable. The room stereo is equipped with B&O, the sound quality is full of atmosphere, and the atmosphere is directly pinched. The bedside table lamp is selected with a classic Danish design, simple and atmospheric style, even the daily washing toothpaste is Hermes in the toothpaste, the details are full of care, the experience of staying is full, highly recommended!"

"Last year, I decided to spend three days in Jingmai Mountain for Chinese New Year. Coincidentally, the Holiday Inn at the foot of Jingmai Mountain was about to open and offering a promotion, so I booked it without hesitation. The hotel is located in Huimin Town, at the base of Jingmai Mountain. In town, there's Bolian, Liushi, and reportedly, an Aman that's under construction. The hotel's immediate surroundings are nothing special; the commercial area meant to complement it feels unfinished, but it doesn't affect your stay. Parking is right by the hotel entrance on the roadside. The room seemed to have been treated for formaldehyde, as there was no strange odor. Breakfast was decent, but felt a bit basic. I think it could be more elaborate, considering it's a resort hotel. The staff were all very enthusiastic and proactive in resolving any issues; their attitude was excellent, they were never unhelpful. After all, it's an international chain with consistent training, standards, and service."
