Nestled amidst tens of thousands of acres of ancient tea forests, I could smell the tea fragrance as soon as I opened the window in the misty mornings. It's truly like 'living within the scenery.' The hotel's design is unique, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The Chinese New Year activities were also plentiful. The service was very attentive, with staff being warm and thoughtful, offering many helpful sightseeing recommendations. The local specialties in the restaurant are worth trying, especially the innovative dishes featuring tea as an ingredient. Overall, it's an excellent choice for relaxing and escaping the city hustle and bustle. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Jingmai Mountain."

"I have been to Lancang for the Spring Festival for three consecutive years. I stayed at the Hualong Hotel before, but this time I found it to be a great place. The rooms are very big, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is very rich! The handsome guy at the front desk provided excellent service, thumbs up! I will stay here again next year. Due to changes in my itinerary, I checked out one day early and the room fee was refunded smoothly! Very good experience!"

"What an amazing stay at Jingmai Mountain! Before coming, I did some research and felt this place was perfect for an immersive getaway, so my friend and I chose it. The environment is really comfortable. As soon as you enter, you see a century-old tree. The room is also quite spacious, and there's even an elevator for easy check-in, so no worries about lugging bags around. And you don't have to stress about finding food in the mountains because the guesthouse has its own restaurant where you can dine. That evening, we enjoyed roasted milk tea by the fire and a lively bonfire party! The next day, hotel staff even guided us to the back mountain to watch the sunrise, which had a fantastic view. After watching the sunrise, we headed straight down for breakfast."

"The location is great, right in the center of the village. You can enjoy the sea of clouds and sunset from the second-floor tea room without even leaving. It's very relaxing, and the staff's attitude is quite good. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. Although you can enjoy free tea in the second-floor tea room, it's a bit disappointing that there are no complimentary tea bags in the room. Even hotels not located in tea-producing regions usually provide tea bags in every room. 2. If the shower and toilet aren't separated, they should at least provide a pair of plastic slippers. Otherwise, wearing disposable slippers after a shower is very slippery and easy to trip. Not wearing any shoes isn't hygienic, especially since it's about 2 meters from the shower to the door."

"Five-star review! This stay was fantastic! The guesthouse is easy to find, right at the village entrance. If you're driving, you can park at the owner's place, which is very convenient. The owner is a Bulang man, incredibly warm and hospitable. As soon as I entered, he invited me for tea, offering me his own colorful peanuts and black peanuts 🥜 ​​to try. There were also wild thumb-sized bananas and yellow-fleshed guavas—I'd never seen them before! They were fragrant and delicious 😋. I also tried a local specialty, tea insect tea—it looked unappetizing, but the taste was amazing! It was very fragrant and delicious 👍. In the evening, we also drank his homemade corn wine, which was super delicious, smooth and slightly sweet. Listening to him tell Bulang stories felt like visiting an old friend; there was no sense of unfamiliarity at all. The room was clean and tidy. My favorite part was the large floor-to-ceiling window. I was on the first floor, so the view might not have been the best, but for this price, lying in bed and seeing the blue sky, white clouds, and green trees was so soothing, and the natural light was excellent. The room had disposable towels and disposable toilet seat covers, which is rare in guesthouses and hotels. It was a lifesaver! The owner also took me to the mountains to pick mushrooms and wild chestnuts. The experience was amazing! However, these kinds of activities depend on the owner's mood. I highly recommend it."

"I was very satisfied with my trip to Jingmai Mountain. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding and toiletries were of good quality. The owner's decor and aesthetic sense were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. I want to especially mention that the guesthouse is run by the owners, a very capable couple. During my stay, they were incredibly hospitable and helpful, recommending good restaurants and travel tips. Most importantly, their tea was delicious, and their barbecue was really good. If any of you are going to Jingmai Mountain, I highly recommend Laowantong Guesthouse. It's great value for money, and the owners are incredibly kind, simple, and welcoming. "The environment has nothing to say, it can be counted as one of the best on Jingmai Mountain. There are many public areas, mainly tea space, even if the weather is bad, it can be enough to kill a whole day in the hotel. The bedding and shower in the room are very particular. The hotel is well-equipped and the sanitation is in place, which makes up for my impression of the serious hygiene problems of the hotels I have stayed in Jingmaishan. Especially the water quality is also treated and filtered, and it is very safe to use. The service is also very systematic and I am very optimistic about this hotel. "This is the most comfortable hotel we have stayed in for more than 20 days. We are very satisfied in all aspects, and there is no price increase during the Hulu Festival. There is parking lot and free breakfast. We stayed for 3 days before leaving for Xishuangbanna. Lancang really impressed me. It’s so fun to participate in the Hulu Festival at night, and there will be chairs on the sidewalk in this county that can sit and rest at any time. There are toilet signs at each intersection. It’s so intimate. I really recommend everyone to go."
