The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!"

"This Atour Hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to southern Xinjiang. It's located near the old city, very close by walking distance. There were also two restaurants I planned to visit right next to the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise! The restaurants were all delicious and satisfying! The hotel breakfast, service, and bedding were all perfect! I highly recommend staying at this Atour Hotel in Kashgar!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the West Gate of the ancient city, and shopping nearby is very convenient. The hotel facilities are great, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The laundry room is clean and has a dryer, which is fantastic. "As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk lady was very warm and entertained. When I arrived at the room, the health was completely OK, beyond our expectations. What touched me most was that my husband and I had planned to return after going to Baisha Lake, so I continued to live at that time and didn't bring my luggage. Then I changed my mind and went to Ta County. It was originally a trouble for others. We called the hotel front desk with a nervous mood and explained our intentions. The young lady readily agreed to us, checked out and helped us pack our luggage and stored it in the hotel. Thank you very much to the front desk ladies. "This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in all of Kashgar! It blows every other hotel in the same price range out of the water. Having just opened, the facilities are brand new and well-appointed. I heard the renovation alone cost 70 million yuan. The entire hotel boasts a high-quality American-style decor, primarily featuring black solid wood, which easily rivals even high-end hotels in inner China. The deluxe rooms, in particular, have an enormous walk-in shower with two complete sets of shower facilities, allowing two people to use it simultaneously – a fantastic experience! The breakfast is absolutely a highlight, offering the only Cantonese-style breakfast in Kashgar. Dishes like steamed pork ribs, phoenix claws, rice noodles, and Cheung fun are all freshly made on-site. Trust me, after days of eating local ethnic food in Xinjiang, visitors from inner China will definitely appreciate a change of pace! **Hygiene:** The entire hotel is exceptionally clean and completely odor-free. The rooms are cleaned promptly and meticulously, without a single flaw. **Environment:** The hotel is located in the most bustling core area of Kashgar, just a ten-minute walk from the Old City. There's a wide variety of restaurants with different cuisines nearby, all offering fair prices without ripping off tourists. The location is incredibly convenient for both daily life and transportation. **Service:** This is one of the few hotels in Kashgar that meets five-star management standards. The hotel entrance has attractive greeters on standby 24 hours a day, along with valet parking, luggage assistance, robot service, and free automatic shoe polishers. The staff are all incredibly enthusiastic; even the hotel manager personally attends to guests at the front desk. All requests are met promptly, and any issues are resolved immediately, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. Highly recommended for tourists from inner China visiting Kashgar! It's an absolute delightful surprise!"

"I think this hotel offers excellent value for money! I booked three rooms in two separate trips: a family room, a twin room, and a king room, so I feel I have some authority to comment. First, the location is excellent, very close to the main gate of the old city, just across a large river. It's also very convenient for getting to the surrounding area. Second, the staff are all very friendly. While they sometimes have limited language skills, it's helpful to briefly explain important points to avoid misunderstandings. However, their attitude is consistently excellent, very welcoming, and genuinely kind! Third, I was very satisfied with the room facilities. The towels and bath towels were pure cotton and very new. The pillows were comfortable, and the best part was the floor tiles—they were incredibly absorbent. I was traveling with elderly people, but even with water on the floor after showering, I didn't have to worry at all because they were very slip-resistant and dried easily. Fourth, the family room, as other reviews mentioned, is indeed two rooms combined, with double sinks in the bathroom. However, because there's no door between the two rooms, if one side needs air conditioning, the other side inevitably gets cold. So, for our second trip, we changed to separate rooms. But this family room is actually very practical! Overall, it's worth recommending!"
