The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Environment: Of course, there is nothing to say. I came here for this big pool pretending to be in xx country. It is very fresh and girls will like it very much. The room I booked is not big but very warm. Hygiene: I stayed in Hilton in Urumqi before coming here. They call it environmental protection, so if the guests don't ask, they will not take the initiative to change your sheets, quilts, bath towels, etc. But at that time, in addition to bedding, disposable toiletries were replenished every day during the two nights I stayed there. Very attentive. The weather was too hot in the afternoon, so I spent the whole afternoon relaxing by the pool. Next time I go to Kashgar, I will still choose that place as my temporary home.

We booked a twin bedroom without a window. So the room was too warm and we couldn’t clear the air. Other than that it was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The rooms are not very soundproof so you can here the people walking and talking in the hallway and you can hear your neighbors. So if you are a light sleeper this is not a good choice.

Provide intimate parking service, the overall accommodation experience makes people feel comfortable and relaxed, and the check-in speed is very fast. What are the requirements to do my best to do it for me, the room is very clean, the security guard helps with luggage 😁😁

I’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.

Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles. Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of ​​each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot. Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible. There are many other complaints. Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.
