GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

SSyed AnoshI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and thoughtful amenities.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 25 minutes from the airport. After making a reservation in advance, the clerk contacted me to understand my hotel needs, which was very heart-warming. The location of the hotel is easy to find. After renting a car, you can follow the navigation to the hotel. Parking is free. The surrounding area is very new. There are restaurants and shops which are very convenient. The hotel is newly opened. The decoration style is very unique and novel. It starts as soon as you enter the gate. I couldn’t stop taking photos of all kinds, and the children also liked it very much. Manager Zhang’s service was very good. Knowing that I was bringing children, he specially arranged a parent-child room for me to experience. Thank you very much. The decoration style of the room is very simple and there is no peculiar smell. Extra slippers and toothbrushes are provided for the children. The quality is also very good. There is a gym and laundry room on the 3rd floor, which is really complete. I also went to experience the buffet breakfast in the morning. The time is from 8 to 11 o'clock. I didn't expect that it was still dark at 8 o'clock. The breakfast is buffet. Although the place is not big, it is rich enough. The snacks and dishes are very good. Well, there are also special plates for children. In short, the experience is very good, the current stay is also very cost-effective, and the photos are particularly good. I will choose this place again if I have the chance and recommend it to other friends who need to stay here.

GGuest UserAccommodated a friend here, and overall, it exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, with crisp white bedding that was wrinkle-free. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation and a bathtub. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively helped us carry our luggage to the room. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's about an 8-10 minute drive to the city center, and the hotel has a convenience store and free late-night snacks, which was very handy. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk who helped us with a late check-out until 4 PM. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great, and the service was enthusiastic. Coincidentally, the hotel was hosting a lawn wedding show on the day we stayed, which was fantastic! Next time friends visit Kashgar, I'll definitely choose this place again! 👍

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

JJinsuVery good location. Just south of Old town cross the Renmin st. The hotel shares the same building with the Orange hotel. Room facilities are modern but the windows are basic and a bit rusty. The dusty air of Kashgar enters the room. The breakfast is so so. Hotel provides the airport shuttle both way which is big merit.

MM14349****Kashgar has many hotels, and this one is really good. The location is excellent, very close to the food street, just a few minutes' walk away. Even though it was off-season, the room cleanliness was still quite good. Breakfast is in another building. A highlight was the steamed buns; they seemed to be steamed in their own kitchen, just like homemade ones, not the machine-made kind that are pale. They even had rye and mixed grain buns, which surprised me. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and didn't take any pictures of the hotel area 😅. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I went back; highly recommended!
