GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

GGuest UserThe team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

GGuest UserI have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness.
First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room.
I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent.
There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window.
Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

SSportChronoI was initially drawn in by the promotional photos of the guesthouse room and decided to stay for one night. The room was located on the top floor of the rooftop garden, essentially the highest point in the entire old town, and the view was indeed excellent. However, upon entering the room, the view was as shown in the picture. It's obvious that the view from the window in the promotional photos was photoshopped. Aside from this flaw, everything else was quite excellent. The staff contacted me in advance, provided parking directions, and greeted me at the entrance of the old town, helping with my luggage. When I returned at 5 AM, the staff were still there and opened the door for me, which was very kind of them. Overall, the guesthouse is still worth experiencing.

GGuest UserThe room was quite clean. The hotel wasn't big, but it was still pretty good for taking photos and checking in online. It wasn't far from the entrance to the ancient city, and most importantly, it was very close to the popular Rainbow Alley, making it very worthwhile for the room price. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. My suitcase weighed 20 kilograms, but thankfully the hotel owner helped me carry it up. The next morning, he got up early again to help me carry it downstairs and even walked me a short distance. I was so touched. Because the suitcase was so heavy, I only realized when I got home that the handle was broken, which was a bit of a shame.

The yard is located behind the mosque and belongs to the core location of the western district of the ancient city. It is very convenient to punch in. Room: The interior is spacious, the facilities are very new, and the bedding is very comfortable. There is a private courtyard, and it is very pleasant to have tea and eat in the yard! 😊 Service: After the decision, build a butler WeChat group, name and praise the two butler ladies ❤️, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, take us to explain the ancient city in detail, help with luggage and items, breakfast is delivered to the room, help make tea, the experience is very good 👍 Great value for money 😊😊

GGuest UserLocated on the edge of the old city's west district, it's very convenient for commuting to the east district. The single king-size room was right next to the public bathroom, but still relatively quiet. The front desk even created a group for us so we could plan carpools or meals together.
