"Booked this guesthouse last minute and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! Not only was it clean, but the room facilities were also excellent, and it even came with a humidifier! What I loved most was that there were so many power outlets in the room, perfect for charging multiple devices at once. Another unique feature, which I think other hotels don't have, is the guesthouse's rooftop terrace where you can naturally air-dry your clothes!"

The breakfast was very generous, with 'ganzi rou' (stewed meat in a jar) and delicious noodles."

"The room was spacious with excellent amenities, and the late-night snack was a pleasant surprise. The view from the window was great. On the day we left, the dust had cleared, revealing the distant mountains, which was a lucky sight. However, the service could be improved. No one offered to help with our luggage when we got out of the car; there was no staff in the specialty store on the first floor. We stayed for two nights, and when the room was cleaned on the second day, the staff took away our toilet seat cover and didn't replace it with a new one 😂. They also put the duvet insert we had removed (because it was warm) back on the bed 😂."

They claimed to have parking, but it was actually very difficult to find a spot; you basically have to park on the side of the road and hope for the best. The room was clean."

"Susan, the manager at the front desk, provided incredibly warm and thoughtful service. She kindly upgraded my room for free and even sent up a generous plate of fresh fruit. The hotel boasts an amazing view, especially from the 18th-floor sky garden, where you can take in a panoramic view of Kashgar Old City. At night, the city lights create a fantastic atmosphere. My stay was exceptionally pleasant and comfortable!"

The accommodation was very generous with thoughtful touches, including snacks, fresh fruit, tea, and small gifts. Breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Sammi and 小娅 provided outstanding, around-the-clock service and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Kashgar."

"The hotel design should be distinctive, with a small courtyard, and the facilities in the room are also complete, but there is still a bit of odor in the newly renovated hotel room. The front desk staff speaks average Mandarin, and there are communication barriers. I can't understand anything they say, and they are not familiar with the business. It took a long time to check in. I originally booked two nights separately, and asked them to extend it together. They were not familiar with it, so I went back to the hotel first. It was already late at night. Why didn't they take me to the room? They didn't ask or say anything. When I checked out in the morning, no one was there. I checked out by myself using the computer because the check-out procedure was displayed on the computer. This is the worst service I have ever received in many 5A-level hotels. I don't recommend staying here."

"The hotel's location is excellent. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are very well maintained, and the room layout is practical. Getting to all the attractions from the hotel's central location is just a minimum taxi fare. It's very close to the east gate of the ancient city, just a three-minute walk to see the gate-opening ceremony. On both sides downstairs, locals are enjoying specialty snacks. The best part is being able to enjoy a panoramic view of the ancient city right from your room. Highly recommended!"
