Opening the door, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were like a giant painting, showcasing the beauty of Houwu Village without reservation. The distant, layered mountains and the charmingly scattered farmhouses created a tranquil and peaceful rural scene. The room's amenities were surprisingly comprehensive. The underfloor heating made the entire room warm and cozy, even when it was chilly outside. The projector added a lot of enjoyment to the evenings; snuggling in the soft bed and watching our favorite movies felt like being in our own private cinema. The service at this guesthouse was top-notch. Before check-in, the owner thoughtfully sent us helpful tips, providing detailed directions and check-in instructions, ensuring a smooth check-in process upon arrival. The owners were incredibly hospitable, treating us like long-lost friends, making us instantly feel at home. The owner's wife was especially considerate, preparing welcome fruit and coffee vouchers for every guest. The guesthouse's breakfast was also quite good; you could order your favorite noodles or desserts. Unfortunately, we overslept and missed breakfast time. Unexpectedly, upon check-out, the owner's wife packed us corn, eggs, and dried bamboo shoots. Holding this warm breakfast, I was deeply touched; this thoughtful care made our trip to Moganshan even more unforgettable. Two days before check-in, six dedicated staff members from the butler, front desk, and lobby were assigned to assist with the entire itinerary, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout. Many small service surprises left a lasting impression: the turndown service was exceptionally thoughtful, with a complimentary drink for restful sleep; the dedicated parking service was incredibly convenient—simply inform the staff in advance, and the car will be ready, making driving much easier. All hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting guests with smiles throughout, and even providing a thoughtful gift upon departure, demonstrating impeccable hospitality. However, there were two minor flaws during this stay. Firstly, the stargazing room I pre-booked didn't come with a TV, a fact not clearly stated by the hotel beforehand. However, after I raised the issue, the hotel responded proactively and quickly, upgrading me to a room with a TV free of charge. This satisfactory solution demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Secondly, the breakfast selection was relatively simple. The freshly cooked noodles took a long time to prepare and tasted average, with only shrimp shells for simple flavor. Fortunately, the freshly squeezed juice was pure and slightly compensated for the shortcomings of the food. These minor flaws are details that can be improved and do not detract from the overall positive experience. The service team was professional and warm, handling unexpected issues generously and reliably. Unfortunately, it rained heavily for two days, preventing me from fully experiencing many aspects of the stay. Looking forward to a sunny day!"
