"It's about a 15-minute walk from the high-speed train station, right next to a market. The hotel staff were excellent. Any request I had was met immediately. When I mentioned my room had an odor, they promptly showed me two other rooms to choose from. I ended up picking a street-facing room because the other side, although facing a residential area, was essentially a blank wall, making ventilation very poor and leading to a stale smell. The street-facing room was a bit noisy, but at least it had airflow. However, the hotel's design and layout have serious flaws. There's only one elevator, and at one point, I had to wait for the cleaning staff to finish using it before I could go down. The renovation smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep all night. Every breath felt like I was inhaling plastic. The sheets likely had a residual disinfectant smell, so I could only pull them up to my stomach. I couldn't turn off the air conditioning, otherwise, I couldn't breathe, and now my shoulders are still sore from it. The staff kindly brought an air purifier, but it sounded like a tractor, making it impossible to sleep. In the end, I had to wear a mask and finally drifted off around 4 AM, exhausted. I woke up at 10 AM, quickly packed, and checked out. To reiterate, the staff were very patient and helpful, but unfortunately, the fundamental issues with the hotel's renovation and layout remain."

The hotel's management is excellent, standardized, detail-oriented, and provides attentive service. Cleanliness is always maintained, and they are responsive to customer needs, helping to solve problems. The hotel breakfast focuses on health and nutrition, carefully selecting and balancing ingredients. While the variety isn't extensive, it includes staple foods, meat and eggs, raw and cooked vegetables, milk, soy milk, freshly brewed coffee, and fruit – the food is carefully chosen. The hotel's management and staff are very warm and friendly, proactively offering service. When I arrived at the hotel, An Jie greeted me at the door, and when I left, he and two employees escorted me to the door, making me feel very welcome. Thank you!"

The hotel was fully booked on my return trip. When I left for Tengchong, I took two small packets of a particular brand of coffee, which were essential for staying energized on the highway during the trip. I checked in on September 30th and checked out on October 1st. The owner had just opened the hotel and was having a 20-day trial period before officially opening on October 2nd.
