Facilities: Most facilities are quite new, and the smart features are well-implemented. However, to use the hot springs, you need to call the control room via the landline, but sometimes no one answers, though they do call back later. The water temperature might require changing the water a few times to maintain a sufficient heat. Service: Our butler, Xiao Yang, connected with us in advance. However, with many guests, it seems he couldn't always manage everything, for instance, when I asked for a comb, the attendant brought a different kind. So, more attention to detail is needed. Overall, there might be a slight disparity between the price and the experience.
