Highly recommended for the following reasons:
1. There is a public teahouse right at the entrance. You can drink coffee or tea as you like. You can brew it yourself and eat any fruit you want. It feels like home.
2. Coffee trees are planted all around the homestay. The coffee grown by the owner himself is of good quality and free to drink. You don’t have to go to the coffee farm specifically.
3. In the evening, the owner will brew thunder tea, roast glutinous rice cakes, and roast oranges for the guests in the fire pit. You won’t be bored at night.
4. You can see the Milky Way. The owner and his wife will use a strong flashlight to explain the constellations to the children. There is also a bird pond. After breakfast in the morning, you can watch birds and squirrels next to the restaurant.
This is my first time staying here. I will choose their home next time.

We booked a room on the first floor and upgraded us to a large room on the second floor for free. Later, the air conditioner entered the bug, and gave us a free upgrade to a better room, really intimate! The breakfast aunt always smiled and greeted us, and the sister at the front desk was also very enthusiastic to show us the way. Stayed in the small courtyard for 3 days, the bedding was very comfortable, always able to sleep until dawn. I am still a little reluctant to leave, I hope I can come back later.

Tomato Tree Youth Hostel is next to Tengchong Tourist Bus Station, in a villa area of a high-end community. It is relatively quiet. The beautiful boss is very nice. There is a homely atmosphere. Young people share cars, travel and meals together, and often organize activities. I was lucky to meet a folk singer. We spent two consecutive nights in the youth hostel, chatting, listening to music, and watching the stars. It was a group of interesting souls.

The early morning sunshine shines into the yard. If it weren't for the tight schedule, it would be very comfortable to spend the whole day in this nest. There are also Coke (golden retriever) and Fanta (terrier) for you to pet, which is very comfortable haha. If you want to relax, you can go up to the third floor. There is a small balcony with sunshine, which is perfect for reading in a daze and drinking tea.
What I never expected is that there is a treasure bar hidden in the wing of the courtyard. It is also my favorite place this time. The door is very low-key, retro and has a sense of story. Also the manager was very nice and helped in every way possible suggesting some fantastic restaurants for good local food. We really enjoyed our stay here. City itself does not offer much except for the volcano hot springs but perfect hotel for a day or 2. Breakfast was typical Chinese style but wholesome and had everything u would expect. Very clean and kept very well. Hopefully it does not deteriorate with age!
