Jetwing Sea ★★★★
"I upgraded to the Deluxe suite, which was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a couple or more than one person. The staff, as always, was friendly, providing helpful information, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downside was that, because I stayed in a balcony room, the black birds living on the beach were somewhat annoying 😂. Otherwise, everything was fine."
SkyPort Villa ★★★
Earl's Regent Negombo ★★★★★
"Great service. Good staff. Enjoyed a lot. Well will back soon again."
Limeshine Hotels and Residence ★★★
"The staffs were very helpful and attentive . Will definitely recommend this place. They have a restaurant as well."
Amagi Aria Airport Transit Hotel ★★★★★
"Beautiful scenery to face lagoon view and swimming pool. Good for relaxing"
Hotel J Negombo ★★★
"Nice and cozy hotel close to the sea for this price. Good breakfast!"
Tropical Suites - Airport Transit Residence
"Thank you for your hospitality at your hotel. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived and made breakfast for me. Hotel staff are very kind. My room was spacious. I had a good sleep with a large bed."
Pledge Scape ★★★★
"The next morning, we had a 5 a.m. flight, and the hotel included breakfast, but we couldn't enjoy it as we didn't arrive until 2:30. My daughter, who was traveling with us, had a 7 p.m. flight, and it was almost 3 a.m. when we finished the formalities. We were just going to put our luggage in the room and go out for dinner, but the hotel lobby was very rude and said that there would be an extra fee for the three of us to stay. We repeatedly explained to him that we were checking in as two people and the third person would go to the airport after dinner, but the lobby was very rude and refused to let us in. It seemed like we had taken advantage of the hotel and didn't want to linger in the lobby for too long. Plus, we were so hungry, so we had no choice but to pay the fee. The hotel pretended to install a folding bed and brought out extra bathrobes and towels... We told Ctrip customer service and they refunded the extra money, but the hotel's attitude was very unfriendly, and the front desk clerk was even more arrogant and unreasonable. Also: the location of the hotel is very remote, strongly not recommended"
Solar Airport Hotel ★★★★
"This is a perfect hotel for anyone who needs an overnight stay before moving on, or to wait for a flight, etc. It's new, clean, has a delicious breakfast, and is conveniently located near the airport. There's an airport transfer service; they even picked me up at 5 AM. Overall, I recommend it."

The Nature Villa and Cabanas
"The settings and pool are fabulous. The accommodations look amazing. However mine was damp smelly and I felt stuffy and had headaches every day. Windows at night couldn’t be open due to monkeys etc The owners guna was a lovely man…he really was but he failed to solve anything ref the room. Felt he wasn’t concerned at all. Building work started 8am- gone 6pm which was not at all relaxing by pool or morning coffee. I failed to do my yoga as noise was too much. I have to say with the smell damp and noise I did not enjoy my stay at all. Although food staff & settings were lovely"
Ramlyn Guesthouse Negombo
"The room it's neat and clean and its looking too much nice and I feel too much comfortable washroom it's also clean and ready for you and the staff also they are good"
The Beach Apartments
"Very spacious apartment with great sea view (hence the name). They have a washer in the apartment but it will be nice if they have dryer too. Overall a good stay"
Goldi Sands Hotel
"We were staying here whilst waiting for a flight back to the UK, unable to travel through the Middle East and uncertain how long we would be there. The owner/manager through to the cleaning staff could not have been accommodating and understanding, they were exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, situated right on the beach alongside swimming pools and outdoor seating. The food was varied and delicious and It has a fantastic atmosphere mostly due to the outstanding staff working there. Highly recommend"
Vivanta Colombo, Airport Garden
"Great place and kind support! We stayed here for transit and it was worth it!"
Sentido Heritance Negombo
"It suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety"
Amora Lagoon Hotel
"On the first day of arriving in Sri Lanka, we were not far from the airport. On the trail, the hotel had a swimming pool and the air conditioner was noisy. Also because it was close to the airport, planes were noisy at night. But the long journey is tiring and I can’t sleep. I left my leather shoes in this hotel on the first day."
Jetwing Lagoon Wellness, A Luxury Reserve - Adults Only
"Our first night in Sri Lanka was fantastic! The hotel is right on the beach, and you can see the ocean just by opening the curtains. Breakfast was great too – eating with the Indian Ocean breeze blowing was a lovely experience. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance."
Villa Ananthaya
"As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a very bad smell. The room facilities were very ordinary. The swimming pool was very ordinary. I didn't bother to take a taxi. I used Uber. There was a part-time worker or a housekeeper there for less than 20 yuan. He opened his mouth and said 100. He negotiated the price to 50 and gave me a tuk-tuk. He said It was too early and no one took the order. I didn’t bother to talk to him. I just got up early and took Uber. There were a lot of people taking orders, so I didn’t have to worry about not having too many cars."
Tropical Terrace Negombo
"Location: Easy to find, navigation was accurate. Service: Family-run guesthouse. The owner is American and kindly moved our car to make room for us, worried we wouldn't be able to park. Facilities: Swimming pool, the kids played there for a while. Room: There was a drying rack! We washed several days' worth of clothes. Meals: This was our second-to-last night in Sri Lanka. We left early the next morning to return the car, so we didn't order breakfast. Two shortcomings: The blankets didn't have covers, leading to reasonable suspicion that they hadn't been changed. In short, my usually thick-skinned companion complained of intense itching, and even someone from northern China who can go two days without changing clothes insisted on changing out of their T-shirt after getting up. The kids, even in short sleeves, scratched themselves until they were red. I didn't feel itchy at all while wearing long sleeves and pants. The price of 400 was inflated."
Sasha Transit Hotel
"Amazing customer service at all levels and super clean. Great food and very tasty and have so much food selections as well. Excellent service from all staff whomever I had the pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this place for anyone."
8 Plus Motels
"I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving plenty of comfort and relaxation. Another big plus is the location—it’s conveniently close to both the airport and the beach, which made getting around so easy. Overall, it’s a great place to stay whether you’re traveling for leisure or just need a comfortable stopover. Highly recommended!"
Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions
"I spent two nights at JAP for a relaxing getaway before heading back home to the US. It was wonderful. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and enhance the sense of calm. My villa was lovely, with a private verandah and garden where you could choose to have your treatments. I had two hours of treatments each day (my package included treatments and breakfast). The massages and treatments with Ruwan were exceptional. He had excellent skills and was able to almost eliminate a very painful jaw condition, as well as find and address various other stress points. I would return just to be treated by him again. The food was delicious and healthful. You have a choice of following the diet recommended by the Aryuvedic doctor or order from a menu. I enjoyed both. There are also many choices of food and restaurants within a short walk. The staff were uniformly friendly and welcoming and guests are also allowed to use the pool at their sister property, Jetwing Blue, which is just 400 meters away. They also have morning yoga and evening meditation for guests. Thanks to everyone, and especially Ruwan, for an excellent stay."
Ace Airport Transit Hotel
Nebula Residence
"Very nice and calm place! They also booked a good driver for a reasonable price for me."
Terrace Green Hotel & Spa
"Pros: The staff were friendly, attentive, and pleasant. Cons: There's no elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. Overall, it was great, but unfortunately, I arrived after 11 PM and left at 8 AM, leaving me no time to explore. I should note that airport pickup is free, but if you book a pickup and wait, you'll need to pay $5, which covers the waiting time, parking, and the sign."
