"The room was great, but it's the rainy season now, so it's very humid. Being so close to the sea made it even more so. The service was impeccable, though I was surprised to see people making the staff serve them at the self-service breakfast. It's like they thought spending money made them royalty, so I tipped the staff who served me. Lying on my balcony looking at the sea was such a pleasure. The TV in the room had everything I wanted to watch, which was amazing. With some music on, just watching the sea and zoning out was pure bliss."

The only thing was the bathroom was outside the room, but it was spacious and very clean. The host was really welcoming, helped us with our luggage, and even lent us a hairdryer. "Please take a closer look if you come to Negombo. I booked two rooms, but when they arrived, they were connected to a suite separated by a door. The surroundings are relatively remote. "An Excellent Hotel with a Caring Host! We are very happy with our choice! The mattresses are high-quality, we slept wonderfully after a long trip to Sri-Lanka. The terrace is simply our favorite spot! Special thanks to the host for handling a non-standard situation: we originally booked 2 nights, but after the first night, our plans changed. We wanted to explore further into the island and then return to the same hotel 10 days later. The host was very accommodating: he seamlessly split our booking into two parts (the first night and the later night), which was extremely convenient and cost-effective for us. Moreover, he gave us excellent advice on the travel route around the island. What can be improved: neighbour's dog was a little bit noisy in the evening. We greatly appreciate the flexibility and hospitality! I definitely recommend this place."

"It is an exquisite and beautiful small hotel We arrived at the hotel around nine o'clock in the evening. The owner was already waiting there and welcomed us warmly. He also gave us a local sweet and sour drink and then patiently introduced relevant information to us. The homestay is very nicely decorated, the water pressure and temperature are very suitable for showering, there is also a small balcony, and there are no mosquitoes. When I went downstairs at night, there was music playing on the speakers in the living room, it was so romantic! ! ! I walked around the hotel's garden, sat on a rocking chair, and felt the breeze under the lights. It was very comfortable. We agreed on a breakfast time, but he was 20 minutes late and didn't rush us. When we arrived at the restaurant, the proprietress brought us the hot breakfast, and the boss patiently and politely introduced each dish to us. A very rich breakfast, you can choose black tea or coffee, with drinking water and fruit drinks, grilled sausage and lava fried eggs, I love it! Local pasta and fruits, mainly sweet, toasted toast, jam and butter, don't be too perfect~ The boss and his wife are very comfortable to get along with, and their words and actions make people feel very friendly and enthusiastic. When we left, the driver also told us that he thought the boss was a very nice and polite person. It's a pity that I only chose to stay in Negombo for one night. I hope I can have the opportunity to come to Sri Lanka again in the future and stay in this hotel for a few more nights. This hotel gave me a good start to my trip, it was a great experience 😄"
