"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. "The staff are friendly and helpful with any issues that come up. The hotel is clean. Unfortunately, the room doesn't have a hairdryer, a fridge, or a clothes drying rack. Otherwise, everything is good."

"We stayed at this hotel overnight before our flight. We liked the hotel; it was clean, the bed was soft and large, and the room was spacious and had a kitchenette. There were knives, spoons, plates, a kettle, a frying pan, and pots. Basically, everything you need. The hotel service was a big problem. We asked for one bottle of water, and we asked for only one towel. My husband was checked out at 10:00 AM, not 11:30 AM as stated. I was leaving at 7:30 AM, but I had to stay late because the door was locked. This was unpleasant. The hotel door is locked, meaning you can't arrive late, and you can't leave early either. I was left with mixed feelings. The room itself was gorgeous. Everything was clean and beautiful. The service was a 3."

"Please take a closer look if you come to Negombo. I booked two rooms, but when they arrived, they were connected to a suite separated by a door. The surroundings are relatively remote. Breakfast is 3 US dollars per person, but the quality is very good. We originally spent the night in Negombo, and the elephant orphanage the next day, in fact, there is really no need to waste money in the elephant orphanage. Because I only used Ctrip to watch, I feel that Negombo has no good hotels at all. In fact, there are many good hotels here! There are many delicious gourmet shops. But to book this kind of reservation, Ctrip has very few listings."
