First of all, this is a homestay with more than 200. Don't have too high requirements for the accommodation environment, you will feel good and worthy of this price. Although the facilities in the house are old, not very clean, and the sheets are a bit yellow. However, in the morning, there is a white landlord who prepares a serious breakfast, and there are various cute cats and dogs to accompany you for breakfast. The warm and quiet small courtyard is immediately in a good mood. Compared with the tent we have to be pitted for 1,000 nights in Yala, it is much better!

Pros: -Territory of the property is huge. Big garden and its all green. There is swimming pool also. -Big room as you can see in the video. One big bed and one small bed and lots of space in the room -Amenities such as small fridge and closet are available inside the room. -View to the garden and the pool. -Access to the garden from the room with sitting space is beautiful -Airport transfers are provided by hotel if you provide your flight details. -Totally worth the price as we booked it under $40. Cons: 
-Location is in the opposite direction from the airport to the city. If you have short stay in Colombo and you want to see Colombo as much as possible, the location is not great for you.
-Property is not in the great condition as aircondition was leaking and bidet shower was leaking as well

The hosts were truly amazing. At first, I completely misunderstood them, but they handled it so professionally. We were travelling with our seven‑year‑old, and when we requested transport, they arranged everything seamlessly. We did find some cheaper options, but the quality of the car and the level of service made it well worth it. When we return to Sri Lanka, even just transiting, we’ll definitely stay again.

It was spicy but very delicious. Hotel tuk 🏨 I think the tuk is expensive. I had money troubles. I went shopping at the place I asked for, and it took a long time because the cash register was crowded. I was charged an astonishing amount. ,, I asked why, but the answer was difficult to understand. A little disappointing. It is better to discuss the money with the owner before using it. I paid for this hotel booking site and stayed at the hotel I was charged for my stay. I showed the image of the receipt from the app, explained it, and asked for a refund. I made a bill payment together with a tuk-tuk, Because the tuk tuk was priced high for reasons I don't understand I didn't get the full amount paid for the hotel. The owner didn't know I had paid. and answered. Why did you make a reservation by paying with a card from the app site? It was a pity that it was difficult to understand whether it was answered like that and what kind of mechanism it is 😢

It was more than 12 o'clock when I checked in, and it took a while to arrange the room. The room was very clean, but the wooden floor was a bit shabby. The more amazing thing is breakfast, there are ham bacon egg square bags, and orange juice papaya mango bananas. I think it is the best breakfast in the seven hotels this trip, because there is bacon. The staff is very enthusiastic, will prepare hot water for us, chat with us, and send us black tea. You can see the little squirrel at the place where you eat breakfast. The location is very convenient. The road opposite is the beach and you can see local fishermen casting nets to fish.

Hotel is at good location but have old building and main thing is that not enough hygiene, some ant were roaming in room, bed sheet also were not enough cleaned. Yes but location very nice, good swim pool, peace and good vibes.

We stayed at this hotel. There was a family who was very good on Monday. They also helped us make dinner. The tip was not charged. The room was big and clean. The price was not expensive. It is recommended.
