Cleanliness: The hotel has a policy of only cleaning rooms every three days unless you place a magnet outside the door requesting cleaning. While this might seem eco-friendly, it feels more like an excuse to cut corners. The magnet system also serves as an advertisement that the room is unoccupied, which raises safety concerns. This notice is not well-communicated to guests and is hidden from view and not explained when checking in. Location: The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, which is a plus. However, it is situated in an area surrounded by bars, and the front of the hotel often has drunk people lingering around. This detracts from the overall sense of safety and comfort, especially for families. Service: Our experience with service was disappointing. We booked two rooms for a family trip (with two kids) on **27 July and specifically requested non-smoking rooms at the time of booking. The hotel rejected our request almost a month later, on **24 August despite having ample time to accommodate it. Even after emailing directly and using the trip.com form to follow up, the hotel simply responded that non-smoking rooms were “currently” unavailable. This lack of effort to address requests and plan ahead reflects poor customer service. Amenities Very basic, need to pick everything from reception. Note the room has a very small window opening.

The hotel was clean and tidy, boasting a very convenient location close to both U6 and U4 exits. The street leading to the hotel is lined with numerous izakayas. I arrived quite early, and the hotel kindly accommodated my check-in. The room is indeed compact; a suitcase larger than 20 inches might not fully open. My booking didn't include breakfast, but I tried it during my stay. For 1527 JPY, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is my third visit to Nagoya, so I'm quite familiar with the city now. The hotel is conveniently located not far from Nagoya Station. For just over 300 RMB a night, for a hotel this new, it's an absolute steal! What more could you ask for? I also opted for breakfast, which was absolutely worth it. At breakfast, I was able to indulge in fresh salads to my heart's content. They offered a fantastic Japanese breakfast spread, complete with onsen tamago, natto, and miso soup, and I even enjoyed some red bean toast. Honestly, what's not to love? Next time I'm in Nagoya for a stopover, I'll definitely be back!

Excellenlt location which near Nagoya amd bus stn. However, the hotel area looks so different in daytime and night time. During night time the youngsters will stand all over the places which outside the shops and approach the people whike walking there.. I don't feel good. The hotel location is located inside the food area (not at the main road) simply could find food during night time. Unfortunately daytime all closed. 5 mins walk to Nagoya Station. The hotel is clean and neat with newly facilities. And the room got many USB provided. However, the room NO window view amd window itself had pasted sticker on at the room 703. SAD!

The hotel is surrounded by plenty of dining options and is conveniently located very close to the train station. The hotel breakfast is reasonably priced, but the taste is pretty average. Skincare amenities like toner, lotion, facial cleanser, and makeup remover are also available, but you need to pick them up from the front desk. Unfortunately, they weren't of great quality.

It was a lovely hotel and the staff were lovely. It’s really close to Takashimaya for some shopping and dining. Loved the area.

The location is fantastic, right by Nagoya Station, making transport incredibly convenient. At check-in, the front desk offered a thoughtful selection of amenities, including pajamas, which was a really nice touch. The bedding and decor were lovely too – comfortable and stylish. Despite being on a main road, our room was surprisingly quiet. I slept incredibly well, often not waking up until past 10 AM! It's definitely a hotel I'd want to return to. I also had a brief, pleasant chat with a Chinese housekeeper who was very kind.

Modern and clean hotel which is very new. Room is a bit small but considering its location, theres nothing to complain about. Car park nearby only cost 1400 yen for 24 hours if you are driving. Recommended! Kids are also welcomed (trip.com states kids are not allowed in this hotel)

Location is nearby Nagoya Station and easy accessible to all attractions, with restaurants & bars surrounding, highly recommended.

The hotel location is very good. There are lot of restaurants around the area, and walking distance to Kyoto station is very short. Restaurants open until late at night, no worry about no foods available. The room is small but very clean. Recommend not to tavel with big luggage as you can't fully open it.

The room is clean and comfort. The bathroom is bigger than others hotel. Location of hotel is near the JR train station and subway but it might take times to get to Meitetsu line which is the line you use for access to airport. There are many restaurants nearby and many of them are open late. You can find food even if you came back to hotel late at night. Staffs are very nice and helpful. There’s a Lady’s Lounge on ladies floor which you can have free coffee and tea.
