great stay at this hotel

Breakfast service is not good because there is no choice of food, the bread and toiletries are not new. The air conditioner in the room is cold _ the staff is not friendly and the service is not familiar with Javanese customs.

I like staying here, strategic location, delicious breakfast, quite clean, quite complete safety equipment, refillable drinking water. In the past there were snacks in front of the stairs, now there aren't any... Security isn't fast enough and isn't helpful. If a guest's car comes, especially one carrying a lot of things, at least say hello and offer to help... Good afternoon sir... Good afternoon ma'am... Thank you... your hospitality will be further improved. Over all is okay. It is quite recommended to stay here.

The checkin process was fast even though it was 12 o'clock at night. Location close to various foods. The hotel hallway is bright and nice. Sm Room cleanliness is good, but the bathroom is a little dirty, maybe because it's been around for a long time, lots of stains and mold. The soap bottle that was attached to the wall and couldn't be squeezed was broken, so there was no soap. The towels were musty and torn.

Pretty good..super friendly service..only the facilities are minimal..ordinary..a bit far from Mailoboro...from the mall quite close..no swimming pool..rooms are pretty clean
