The hotel is located in a quieter part of Shinjuku, about 10 min walk to the mega train station. A solid business hotel overall.

It's clean & have luggage storage before check in & out at their locker. M line Nishi shijuku station in just at opposite road about 500m

Check in and check out are automated. There are lockers there for big luggages deposit if you arrive before check in timing. Very near nishi shinjuku stn exit 1. Convenience stores are very nearby. Walk down to shibjuku area easily.

Solid, affordable, and clean hotel. Located on the other side of town (west side) away from the touristy spots (golden gai, omode yokocho), but conveniently located near nishi-shijuku station and right next to 7-11. Bed was comfortable. Free lockers for guests and decently priced coin laundry. The staff member that welcomed me was friendly and accommodating with his use of English. Thank you.

stayed for a short period of time. the front service is amazing. very nice and accommodating staff. the breakfast is good too. i would definitely stay here again.

Location is good, 10min walk from Shinjuku station. Everything was great except the room was really really small. I know Japanese hotels are tiny, but this one was even tinier!

Check-in is strictly only from 3pm. Not sure if it is just Japan that is inflexible in checking in even slightly earlier. Check out is strictly 10am. So that is a bummer. Otherwise it is a nice hotel, location is pretty good, and inexpensive,
