"During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation."

"I stayed at for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was cozy and I had a good night’s sleep. While I didn’t get to explore many facilities due to the short stay, the location was convenient and quiet. Great value for a quick trip—I'd consider staying here again."

"We stayed here with our friends. We used the pool to hang out which is fun but a heads up, their pool is 5ft and above. There is a kiddie pool but It would be nice if the adult pool starts at least 4ft. Considering Filipinos average height isn’t above 5ft 🙂"

"Simple, affordable and very good location in the center of city and next to the mall with Robinsons Supermarket. The staff was supportive to my needs and assisted to guide me in parking along the street. I will come again to stay. The hotel does not serve food but they have a nice cafe with good food during business hours."

"Such a nice hotel to stay. Quite place, clean and nice staff. The price was cheap also compared to other hotels in Naga.
I was late when I checked in because my flight arrived at legazpi airport was 6pm. I called the hotel to informed them that I'll be late and they said no problem at all.I can check in anytime I want."

"Nice gym and nice pool. Service of the staff was pretty good and cordial. However, we did not have a hot water after the brownout. We were told to wait for 30 mins. to an hour after the electricity came back. We waited 2 hours with no hot water. The shower bath tub is not safe at all. It was too high and dangerous. There’s no anti-slip and that makes it even dangerous. Another is, there’s no electrical outlet on the left side of the bed that makes it hard to charge the phone. Also, I requested a box of tissue paper and I received 2 toilet papers. I was informed they don’t provide tissue paper. Of all the hotels we stayed this is the most expensive, but can’t provide tissue paper. We’ll try UMA next time."

GGuest UserThe place is nice, the location was good considering that we had to attend an event close by. The room we got was spacious but the amenities were old. The shower heater wasn’t working in our room and the door to the bathroom wouldn’t shut completely. All in all, it was okay for an overnight stay but a working shower heater would’ve helped me during my early morning shower. It was super cold!

GGuest UserThey initially sent us to a room smaller and cheaper than what I booked however, they did upgrade the room once I clarified the accommodation we were expecting. The hotel manager was very courteous and had several staff attend to us while we transferred to another room.

MMi amore_18This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming.

WWin BkkRight in the middle of Naga and in walking distance to most sites. It wasn't noisy though. The staff were were courteous.
The room was clean. Wifi works well. Good RedDoorz amenities were provided. Drinking water was provided in a dispenser inside room, which I preferred to bottled one.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
