Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.

The hotel is about 50 km from Huanglong Park. We are not sure if there is public transportation. But you can use your own car. There is a lot of parking. The staff is lovely. They tried to use a language translation app to communicate with us very well. The room is big, spacious, the floor is warm, very comfortable for your feet. It helps you relax after walking around all day. The pillows, blankets, and rooms are clean. The toilet is a sensor type, very modern. But the room we got, the water drains slowly. You have to be careful when taking a shower or else it will flood. But there is a foot massager when taking a shower. Overall, it is a very comfortable room. Impressed

Location wise is very good, directly opposite a supermarket. Clean and impressive, however there is no lift so walking upstairs was tiring for us. Washing machine took very long to complete and hard to operate (all in Chinese as well), so our clothes were still damp the next morning. Unlike other hotels with 24 hours room service, this is a family owned business so it was hard for us to look for someone to attend our problem although it was somewhere before 23:00. There is no internal phone inside the rooms for us to call the office downstairs.

The room is very clean, the floor heating is very powerful, the room is super warm and the space is large, and the water pressure in the bathroom is very strong. It only takes less than ten minutes to walk to the long-distance bus station and Songpan Ancient Town. The B&B is also relatively quiet in an alley, and it takes one minute to get out of the main road. , there are many restaurants I loved the Jufuyuan yak soup pot Taizuo recommended by the landlady for two nights. The breakfast noodle soup and porridge prepared by the boss lady are very delicious. I recommend the local beef offal soup for breakfast, which is also very delicious.
