The hotel boasts spacious and comfortable decor. The parking lot is huge, and the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, with views of the Chuanzhusi temple. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options.

The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly, always greeting me when they cleaned. I also appreciated the free laundry room and gym facilities. The hygiene was impeccable, no strange smells or smoke. The hotel is brand new, with a luxurious and stylish decor. The environment is excellent, backed by a mountain, so it's not noisy being off the main road. The soundproofing is great, ensuring a very comfortable rest. The service was very enthusiastic; every detail was explained clearly, and they provided everything we needed. A big shoutout to the front desk lady! The facilities are comprehensive, with all essential amenities provided. After breakfast, there's a driver to take you directly to the high-speed train station entrance, which is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast spread was varied and rich, with chef-quality flavors. Starting the day with such a delicious breakfast really made this a rare and wonderful stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even provided conditioner. Our friends were experiencing a bit of altitude sickness when they arrived, and the staff kindly reminded us not to wash our hair or shower on the first day, but to wait until the second day. Thanks to their friendly advice, we avoided altitude sickness on the first day. We did experience a slight bit at the top when we visited Huanglong on the second day. Their gym and laundry room are well-equipped; they even provide laundry detergent and drying bags. They also have robots that can deliver items, which the kids loved. The hygiene was excellent, and we felt very comfortable staying there. The 28 RMB buffet breakfast was also great, with freshly cooked noodles. Since it's a high-altitude area, they even provided fruit. You can also order food at the hotel, but I wanted to try the yak beef hotpot, so we ate out. Thumbs up to the hotel staff!

First time in Songpan Chuanzhu Temple, I was feeling a bit unwell, possibly due to altitude sickness. I had pre-booked the hotel's free pick-up service, which was great! When I arrived, the front desk staff noticed I wasn't feeling well and kindly gave me a complimentary bottle of oxygen, also suggesting I get a Coke! It was truly heartwarming to experience such care while traveling. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This hotel is located in Chuanzhusi. Perhaps due to the off-season, the streets felt dead at night. The most disappointing thing was that the oxygen concentrator wasn't working. I specifically booked this Vienna hotel in Chuanzhusi because it had an oxygen concentrator. However, upon arrival, I was told that none of the oxygen concentrators in the entire hotel were functional. I wasn't informed beforehand and only found out when I got there. When you're at an altitude of 2900 meters in Chuanzhusi, you'll understand how crucial an oxygen concentrator is for those suffering from altitude sickness. I was extremely disappointed. Additionally, during my stay, I was informed that the entire Chuanzhusi area would have a power outage at 8:30 AM the next morning. I was worried if the elevator would be operational, but luckily, the power didn't go out until after I had left.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable to stay in, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and both the environment and service were on point. Check-out was also very convenient. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the overall experience was great. I have to commend the parking lot – it's huge and has charging stations, which is very friendly for electric cars. Although the hotel is close to the highway with lots of passing trucks, it was surprisingly quiet for sleeping. The room decor was exquisite and cozy, making for a very pleasant stay. The housekeeping staff did a meticulous job, and the soundproofing was excellent. Definitely a five-star rating! The price was also very reasonable; I'd say it's the best you can get for the same price range. The hotel is also very close to the high-speed train station, and they even offer a pick-up and drop-off service. The entire experience was incredibly comfortable and highly recommended. Breakfast was fantastic, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay.
