The hotel is new! It’s very comfortable and the services from the front desk is excellent. Especially the staff named “桌玛“. She took the initiative to upgrade our room as it’s a non peak period now. Provided use with breakfast too. Ultimately, the hotel is well located in the ancient city, providing a unique experience. With the cleanliness and comfort provided, this hotel justifies one of the best choice in this city. Highly recommended.

Location wise is very good, directly opposite a supermarket. Clean and impressive, however there is no lift so walking upstairs was tiring for us. Washing machine took very long to complete and hard to operate (all in Chinese as well), so our clothes were still damp the next morning. Unlike other hotels with 24 hours room service, this is a family owned business so it was hard for us to look for someone to attend our problem although it was somewhere before 23:00. There is no internal phone inside the rooms for us to call the office downstairs.

The hotel is about 50 km from Huanglong Park. We are not sure if there is public transportation. But you can use your own car. There is a lot of parking. The staff is lovely. They tried to use a language translation app to communicate with us very well. The room is big, spacious, the floor is warm, very comfortable for your feet. It helps you relax after walking around all day. The pillows, blankets, and rooms are clean. The toilet is a sensor type, very modern. But the room we got, the water drains slowly. You have to be careful when taking a shower or else it will flood. But there is a foot massager when taking a shower. Overall, it is a very comfortable room. Impressed

The overall design of the B&B is very exquisite, and every detail reflects the owner's intention and taste. The room was comfortably furnished and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a full rest during the tiring journey. The service is also very attentive. The staff are warm and friendly. They always greet every guest with a smile and take great care of our needs, making us feel like home. The fifty-six-room hotel is also very conveniently located. It is centrally located in the ancient city of Songzhou and has a beautiful surrounding environment, allowing us to enjoy traveling in tranquility. Checked in on May 1st. We were very tired playing in Jiusaigou on May 1st, and planned to play Huanglong on May 2nd. The hotel is located 4 kilometers downstream of Huanglong Scenic Area, with a good location. We booked this hotel online. On the way from Jiuzhai to Huanglong, there is a section of fog and pine, and the temperature dropped to 3 degrees. Because it rained a little in Jiuzhai on May 1st, I was afraid that my family would catch a cold, so I booked a floor heating room. The yak beef hot pot we had for dinner in the hotel was large in portion, and the small pot was enough for three people. The main reason was that we didn't eat well at noon in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, so we ordered a medium pot, but didn't finish it, so there was a lot left. The biggest reason for staying in this hotel this time was that I don't know if it was because of the floor heating or because of the yak beef hot pot. It was very hot at night. After 1 a.m., everyone woke up from the heat. We got up to turn off the floor heating, but the temperature of the floor heating was not easy to drop. We didn't sleep well that night. The hotel owner provided an important information this time. The Huanglongding transportation bus sells 5,000 tickets every day. You need to book tickets in time, otherwise you can only walk. After taking the Huanglong cableway to the top the next day, the mountain was covered with ice and snow, and it was snowing heavily. It was difficult for tourists who didn't buy the transportation bus to walk 3 kilometers on such an icy and snowy road. So this time, except for the fever at night, the rest of the stay was worth it. I revisited Songpan 20 years later and it was the same high altitude at night. Maybe the magnetic field here is not suitable for me. Ali went to Tibet many times, walked around mountains and mountains... and never got high. Amazing Songpan! I took my 70-year-old parents on a self-guided tour of Western Sichuan, leaving Huanglong Scenic Area and heading directly to Songpan (Huanglong is covered with ice and snow, but there is no snow in Songpan). The hotel is in a very good location, just outside the ancient city wall of Songzhou. It is free to climb the city wall in the off-season, and there are many restaurants in the ancient city. The lights for night tours are also very beautiful, making it a suitable stop for a trip. There were not many guests in the off-season, so the room I chose had a good view and had a balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony door could not be closed and no one was called to repair it. Because there were no windows, it was better to leave a slit for ventilation when sleeping at high altitude. The room is quite clean, the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry areas, and the bed in the twin room can sleep two adults. recommend!

Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.

The hotel facilities are very good and the decoration is also very good. I like it very much. The service staff at the hotel are also very friendly and responsive. From checking in to making special requests, they responded quickly and did their best to accommodate my needs. This makes me very satisfied. And the price/performance ratio is very high. Overall, I am very satisfied with this hotel stay experience meaning. Whether it is facilities, services or catering, they all far exceeded my expectations.

From the outside appearance, this hotel looks like a typical hotel with nothing out of the ordinary, but the room is spacious. The floor is heated at night so it felt quite warm and cozy. The bed is also heated so it was comfortable. At first, I found it odd that there was no television, but it turns out that they use projector instead, which is fun and cool, although with less definition. They also provided standard Chinese breakfast. The location is great as it is in the town of Chuanzhusi, with many local restaurants nearby. I recommend walking a bit to the town square with a very cool name, the Incorruptible Square, next to a river.
