"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations; I had a very comfortable stay. The location is super convenient, and taking a taxi to nearby attractions wasn't expensive. The room was cleaner than I anticipated, the bedding was soft, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, so I slept incredibly well. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries weren't irritating. The front desk service was very friendly; check-in and check-out were fast, and they even proactively recommended some great local restaurants. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, and dishes were refilled promptly. The only minor downside was that it was a bit crowded on the weekend, so we had to wait for the elevator occasionally. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time."

"We booked this hotel while on the high-speed train from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and it was excellent. The front desk staff who checked us in was so patient and attentive, and even upgraded us to a quieter room at the back. "It's about a 30-minute drive from Huanglong Scenic Area and quite close to the high-speed rail station. Parking spaces are a bit limited, but there's a dedicated attendant, so it's still manageable. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The decor clearly shows its age, but the hygiene is good. We only planned to stay for one night, so we booked the cheapest special single room. Two people could fit, but this room was in a corner, and the elevator doesn't go directly to it. We had to go down half a floor and then climb up half a floor. Our legs were already aching from hiking Huanglong, so if we had known, we would have booked a slightly more expensive room. Also, we were in a hurry the next morning and wanted to take some breakfast with us instead of eating at the hotel, but that request was denied."

"I can't believe this is my third time visiting Jingfan Tent Hotel, which only opened this summer! The first time, I just happened to see a captivating photo of the hotel on Ctrip's homepage. The beautiful image of the high-quality tents nestled on the vast slopes of Western Sichuan immediately drew me in, and I booked my high-speed train tickets right away. My second visit was during a trekking trip to Jiuzhai, and I brought my family for dinner. By chance, I met the owner and we had a long chat. I was deeply moved by his down-to-earth approach to service during the initial opening phase. This third time, I took advantage of a break from business trips and came back with my family for two nights by high-speed train. Last night, we experienced a highland thunderstorm with lightning, but being inside the warm tent listening to the rain was actually very enjoyable – I loved that feeling of coexisting with nature. Every morning and evening, I sit on the private patio outside my tent, watching the ever-changing sea of clouds. I think this is probably the greatest comfort this hotel can offer its city guests (the feeling of sleeping so close to nature yet feeling completely safe and secure in its tranquility). I hope the owner keeps up the great work! I'm really looking forward to my next visit to experience the snow scenery from inside the tent!"

Guest UserMy stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second.
The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

Guest UserFantastic!!! I'm traveling alone and have stayed in several hotels recently, but this one is by far the best! I'm a very light sleeper, and their pillows and duvet were incredibly comfortable! It's not facing the street, so the mountain view is amazing and it's quite quiet. The pillows are memory foam, much better than the ones at the Hanting and Home Inn I stayed at previously – I was genuinely touched when I felt them... You can't order takeout in the Huanglong area, so I had dinner at the hotel, and it was delicious! Super satisfied. The hotel's service was also excellent; they gave me rides from the station to the hotel and to the attractions, which I really appreciate. I also have the hotel to thank for getting me to the bus early in the morning. Thanks again!

This Wyndham outpost in Chuanzhusi has one major advantage: airport pickup. It really helps with the altitude sickness, taking you from 3500m down to around 3000m, though I still felt a bit of it. The hotel lobby is great, breakfast is good, and the staff are very friendly. My only complaint is that the room was tiny! Seriously small! The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, but there was barely enough room to turn around. Also, there was no desk or workspace in the room. We were two adults and one child, and they thoughtfully provided an extra breakfast, which was fantastic! 👍🎉🎈

Guest UserI really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for reaching the cable car. There are also several local restaurants within a short walking distance.
I ordered dinner from the hotel, and the owner kindly brought it to my room. The food was delicious, generously portioned, and reasonably priced. Since the room did not have air conditioning, he also provided a fan when I asked. I enjoyed eating beside the large window while looking out at the stream, village, and mountains in the background. Even with some construction nearby, the atmosphere still felt peaceful, quiet, and relaxing.
The owner was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. He drove me to store my luggage and then dropped me off at the cable car. He also helped translate directions into Chinese for a taxi driver.
Overall, this is a very good place to stay, especially because of the friendly service, spacious room, convenient location, and thoughtful owner. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel room is big enough. Looks renovated and clean. Nobody at reception most of the time. Need to call the boss or message him using Wechat. Room is big enough, we'll decorated ******* style. Facilities are standard, heated bed, quite nice. Bathroom & toilet no glass separation so floor wet. Boss sent us to train station, less than 10 mins away. Chuanzhusi town itself quite lifeless, nothing much. Not much food choices nearby.

Highly recommend! We stayed here for a night after visiting Jiuzhaigou and before heading to Huanglong, and it was a perfect arrangement! Besides adjusting to the altitude, the room was super comfortable, and having a projector screen made for a relaxing evening. The bed and pillows were great, and the room was spotlessly clean!
I also highly recommend having dinner here. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. Two of us ordered two dishes and a fried rice, and we were incredibly full! The owner even prepared local tea (Di Hu Jiao) for us, which helps with altitude sickness, upset stomach, and indigestion. We all found it very tasty!
The owners are incredibly friendly and gave us lots of great advice, helped plan our itinerary, arranged carpooling for us, and even assisted with our luggage. They were truly thoughtful!
The owner even thoughtfully put some space between our room and rooms with children, worrying we might be disturbed, but it wasn't an issue at all! I really appreciate her consideration!
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to every traveler!

Guest UserThe aunt and uncle were so kind! I had a bit of a cold, and they got me some medicine and even left their phone number so they could take me to the county hospital if I still felt unwell that night. 🥺🥺
The room was large and clean, and had an electric blanket so it wasn't too cold. There weren't many rooms, just a small courtyard. They even provided porridge and eggs for breakfast! The owner even drove me to the high-speed rail station!
Songpan has a high altitude, so people from low-lying areas might experience altitude sickness. I had some difficulty breathing at the high-speed rail station and had to use supplemental oxygen for half an hour before leaving.

Guest UserPretty good, very clean. The front desk staff were really nice. Breakfast was decent too, the steamed buns were delicious, but the milk and milk tea tasted like instant powder, which was just okay. From the room window, you could see the rapeseed flowers and the observation deck.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient for transportation, making it easy to get to Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. The hotel owner is very warm and considerate. I had a wonderful stay this time. The most important thing is that the hotel environment is really great – first and foremost, it's clean and tidy. Plus, the view is fantastic. I just don't have the habit of taking photos on the fly; otherwise, I would have taken many pictures.
