Mountain View Room Hotels in Qingyuan

I booked a stay at this 5 star hotel for 3 days 2 nights, I must say that the room is clean and spacious, with numerous facilities for all family members such as badminton, tennis, billard, hotspring, cycling, archery etc. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the service. 2 staff we encountered were constantly on their phone and not attentive at all. What really pissed us off was the incident that we put up Do Not Disturb at our door as we were taking our afternoon nap. Yet, the hotel staff called our room number. as we were asleep, we didn't pick up. Guess what. They actually called my mobile phone. Just to ask if they need to clean the room. We went to seek clarifications at the hotel reception which the reception staff at first deny they called, until we showed them the missed call number from the hotel. Then they said will feedback to their manager. At night, the manager Ms Wong called. to our disgust, she said that was their SOP! Which hotel, to say this is a 5 star hotel, that when guest put up Do Not Disturb sign, it's their SOP to call the room and worst to call guests' personal mobile phone. Isn't this an invasion of privacy, calling our personal line. This is the first time we experienced this. We never had this when we put up Do Not Disturb sign at numerous hotels we stayed before. The manager didn't sound apologetic at all but very defensive. Even to the extent that they are checking on pir safety. I was really perturbed by her comment above. The 270-degree lake view room is amazing. It feels like living in a bonsai, lying on the lake view. This B&B is the most advanced B&B I have ever stayed in. Considering that the B&B is located halfway up the mountain, it provides warm dinner service for guests. The hotel is in a good location, awesome 👍

The location of the B&B is very good. The environment is beautiful, the room is clean, and the view is good! Every detail in the B&B reflects the careful consideration of the owner. The staff is attentive and has a good attitude! The breakfast is rich, especially the porridge and sweet potatoes are delicious. When I asked to buy sweet potatoes🍠, the boss was very kind and gave me several kilograms as a gift, which was really great! In addition, the tea is delicious. Sitting on the chair on the terrace, basking in the warm sunshine, blowing the breeze, drinking tea, and quietly dazed, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Taohua Lake, you can really let go of everything.

First time staying at Qingyuan and choose this hotel. Overall is satisfactory. Only complaint is that my favourite hot tub is small and crowded, locals don’t seem to leave the tub even when they are not using it, and talk too loudly. Sauna and steam rooms temperature has set too high. Due to cold weather we have dinner at the Chinese restaurant for 2 nights, and satisfying on both occasions, food was good, service was good, and reasonable prices. Difficult to call taxi though if you want to move around.

My favorite and most satisfying B&B so far! The layout, design, style and environment of this B&B are perfectly integrated, which is something that only a talented person can imagine! (My boyfriend and I saw the Talent Plan and agreed that this B&B was one of the products of the Talent Plan) I woke up naturally in the morning and walked around in the mountains after dinner. The wind was fragrant. The price is relatively high because of the environment, but it is difficult to find such a good environment in the city! I took a lot of photos, and you can see how much I like this B&B! The service is very good! Takeaways are delivered to the room, and battery carts are also available for pick-up and delivery. The room is also very new and the supplies are good. The bath set is made by Herborist, a domestic product. Therefore, I think this B&B is better because I think the concept of Herborist is very similar to the environment of this B&B.
