GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of the Yingxi Peak Forest Corridor. The fourth-floor pool is a standout feature, offering incredible photo opportunities, especially at sunset. The staff are incredibly friendly, and there's a complimentary photographer by the pool offering a 10-minute session, with photos sent directly to your phone immediately after. Rooms are well-appointed with smart toilets, a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, and a full set of fruit and tea amenities. If your budget permits, this place is truly the ultimate choice. Moreover, the hotel provides complimentary tickets to the T-3 Tea Plantation, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the peak forest from its summit – absolutely worth a visit.

JJoabThe hotel owner's service is very good, very warm, other butlers respond in a timely manner, the room area is large, the stay is very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are very attentive, the quality is online, the parking is very convenient, very close to the scenic spot, the travel is very convenient, there is a large garden, and there is a separate open kitchen mahjong machine. Barbecue grill karaoke and so on. The outdoor garden view is really great, you can watch the sunset in the room, very beautiful, really worth it.

The whole experience was fantastic.
Our good impression started with the very helpful rebooting phone enquiries to check about swimming for the children. The reception team were very helpful and polite.
The setting and landscape was beautifully peaceful.
The spa pools were fantastically clean and provided free water, tea and towels throughout.
All staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Some spoke English, but all were happy to converse through the use of translation apps.

GGuest UserYingde Conch International Hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy hygiene, and a good environment. The rooms come with mineral water and Mengniu yogurt, black tea, green tea and coffee. The front desk service is very good, and the guest rooms are upgraded to deluxe double rooms. Conch International Hotel is the first choice when visiting Yingde. There is a parking lot for convenient parking and shopping. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for drinking tea and eating. I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and give it a five-star rating!

GGuest UserI had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I'm happy to report it exceeded my expectations. Let's start with the positives: the location is unbeatable. After rafting, we could head straight back to our room for a shower, avoiding the crowds – even during off-peak season, the scenic area was incredibly busy!
The service was excellent and very patient; they cheerfully answered all our questions about the local attractions. There's free, unlimited ice cream in the lobby, and you can get pool tickets from the front desk. The pool water was very cold, definitely a true mountain spring-fed experience. A special mention for the hairdryer in the room – didn't catch the brand, but it was incredibly powerful and effective! While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious.
Now for the downsides: The hotel doesn't have its own parking. We had to walk quite a distance with our luggage. The front desk mentioned that guests needed to inform security to drive in, which was a bit inconvenient as I had already walked in. Perhaps due to its mountainous location, the room felt a bit humid, but it improved significantly after turning on the air conditioning. Soundproofing was just average.
Despite these minor points, I still highly recommend this hotel. Thumbs up!

GGuest UserThis trip truly exceeded all my expectations. It was incredibly beautiful, enjoyable, comfortable, and spotless. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and pristine environment – it was completely unexpected. What was even more surprising was the exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and considerate service from the front desk staff, which truly warmed my heart. She even gave us some game tokens to enjoy activities within the hotel.
A particular highlight was the breakfast, which offered an incredible variety of dishes. There were so many delicious options, plus a dedicated children's area with special small bowls for kids. You'll find almost any savory dish or meat you could wish for!
But the absolute highlight is the Tea-themed Hot Springs! There are various hot springs, both cold and hot, all incredibly relaxing. What left the deepest impression on me was the Rose Black Tea, with its rich, aromatic scent that filled the air. However, the local specialty, Yinghong No. 9, was truly the most uniquely soothing and special! (Psst, they even offer tea to keep you hydrated!)
Seriously, my overall experience was just incredible, haha! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come and fully immerse yourselves in the beautiful landscapes, embrace nature, and truly enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!

VVinson1110During a recent stay with my family at a hotel that had its share of both merits and drawbacks, we found several aspects worthy of note.
The location proved to be quite convenient, situated 15 minutes by car from the nearest train station, 清遠站, and with a variety of popular restaurants and supermarkets merely 10 minutes away. Additionally, it takes around 30 minutes to reach 劍潭站 and 古龍峽, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The ease of hailing taxis and the availability of food delivery further enhance the overall convenience of this establishment.
The cost of accommodation is particularly appealing, priced at around HKD 170 per room per night for three guests, which is quite economical in the current market. The room itself was neat, tidy, and clean, though I did notice some dirt along the edges of the floor. It would also be wise for guests to bring their own towels, as the amenities provided are basic and do not include a refrigerator, limiting options for storing beverages.
For members of the hotel, a complimentary breakfast is offered for one person; however, it is advisable to manage expectations, as the breakfast selection is rather simple.
On a positive note, the hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating, displaying a willingness to meet various requests, such as providing extra bottles of water and additional duvets—services that are not commonly found in more budget-oriented establishments.
In conclusion, while the hotel has its drawbacks, particularly regarding room amenities and breakfast options, its strategic location, affordability, and the helpfulness of the staff make it a reasonable choice for families seeking a convenient stay.

MMikiPakThe hotel was good, some hiccups happened in the middle, but it was resolved quickly A little bad is that the room will smell smoke, maybe central air conditioning, so smoking in other rooms, will spread to the second D room!
The worst is the hotel on the sixth floor of the restaurant, service staff attitude general, the restaurant allows people to smoke, get us while eating while smoking second-hand smoke, no one stops, in fact, many shopping malls and restaurants in the mainland are prohibited smoking, but Qingyuan indoors allowed smoking place is not very clean!

GGuest UserThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they even proactively offered recommendations for fun local attractions and activities.
