__WeChat310947****Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby is beautiful, and there's a great variety of hot springs. Ah Hao at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, patiently guiding us through check-in and proactively informing us about facility operating hours. The room was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, and the Mousse bedding was very comfortable. The hot spring environment is excellent, really impressive! I especially want to commend Brother Jinhao. When I told him all the charging spots were taken and I couldn't charge my car, he monitored it for me and contacted me immediately when a spot opened up. That really touched me – they genuinely care about their guests. Everything is new since it was recently renovated. I'll definitely bring my relatives and friends here again.

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

It is also very friendly to parents and children. You can swim in the rooftop swimming pool and then take a hot spring bath. There is also a large children's playground. Children like it very much and parents can relax their hands. The hotel room facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is also relatively good, and the service attitude of the staff is also very good.

Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the hotel was exceptionally considerate of families with children, from room setup to dining arrangements, all catering to kids' preferences. The hot spring area also had shallow sections suitable for children, allowing them to enjoy the fun of soaking in the springs. Our whole family had a wonderful time here; it was a perfect vacation experience!

GGuest UserA very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Cai for his all-round care and help.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

The proprietress has good service and the dishes are really delicious. We chose the loft room type, two floors, just right to live in a family. It is estimated that summer is also cool, it is good to go to the surrounding streams to play in the water.

Tucked away amidst the lush greenery of Nankun Mountain, the air is incredibly fresh and the surroundings are super therapeutic. The overall whiskey-themed design is subtly luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance perfect for photos. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The balcony featured a private hot spring tub, offering excellent privacy. Soaking in the hot spring at night while enjoying the mountain views was incredibly relaxing. The hygiene details were impeccable, and the amenities were complete, with a thoughtful mini-bar selection. The public hot spring area had a great variety of pools, plus a swimming pool and play areas that both adults and children could enjoy. Breakfast offered a rich selection of fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Parking was also very convenient for those driving. It's perfectly suited for a short getaway, family vacation, or a romantic retreat. Everything about this place was impeccable – genuinely recommend it, and I'd love to come back!
