It was my first time to the Dipai Hot Spring Hotel. I booked a two-bedroom, one-living room villa by the mountain. The environment was nice and there was an electric car to pick me up, which was very convenient. There were prepared fruits (bananas and oranges) in the room. The service attitude was very good. The buffet breakfast had a rich variety and there were many hot spring pools (with real hot springs indicated). It was worth it. I will go to the hot spring hotel again. A good choice for vacation and leisure.

Very satisfied with a hotel, intimate butler service, every worker is polite and enthusiastic, the decoration of the hotel is very detailed, there is a feeling of being at home. Every place is beautiful, better than the picture, you can see that it is carefully designed, it is a good place to relax, you can also watch the fireworks outside at night, there is a VIP visual sense, welcome fruit and breakfast are sincere, the hot spring in the room is very comfortable. Every place in the hotel is very popular and worth visiting again.

Stayed in a business deluxe bed room by the river, the view was very good, and the room was big enough. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not open, and it is unpleasant. I took the brushing glass and accidentally touched it. The front desk lady did not hesitate to ask me to pay 10 yuan, but did not ask if I was injured. (I stayed in a hotel of more than 200 yuan in Dongguan and encountered the same situation. The front desk lady immediately asked me if my hand was injured, and then said it was okay and didn't ask me to pay)

Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

Special B&B design, exquisite and elegant interior soft outfit, sanitary store service, and generous and intimate boss and couple, everything is beautiful. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is in place. Breakfast is simple and delicious, and dinner can also meet the taste buds of travel. There is also a travel shoot service to add more experience to the leisure trip. During the stay, due to the lack of understanding of the switch socket in the room, there was a misunderstanding. After contacting the boss to reflect the situation, the boss can understand the guests' concerns with empathy and give a reasonable and effective solution, really make people feel relieved. This kind of customer-focused approach is very commendable 👍

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

First of all, I really appreciate the facilities of this homestay. The boss is very atmospheric. The whole swimming pool is constant temperature. It has been putting hot water for our guests to swim in the store. It is very suitable for guests who want to swim in winter. The whole homestay occupies a wide and comfortable area. The room has an open-air cloud stone pool, which is very tall. There is also a projection, you can take a bath outdoors and watch the projection very freehand! However, it can be seen that there are many places that need to be improved when the homestay is just opened. For example, afternoon tea can properly prepare a little fruit for the guests. There is no coffee machine in the store. Breakfast can be eaten in the lobby. This is a bit of a lowering the whole experience. The hall should be a separate table. After all, there are dozens of people living in the full room. In addition, it may be because of the family family trip on weekends. The outdoor barbecue guests are still chatting and drinking at 12 o'clock in the evening. There is noise and sound insulation. If you like quietness, air purification, freshness, and people who don't like the taste of barbecue are not recommended to come on weekends. If the service is available, it needs to be further improved. Last night, the rider actually entered the hotel to send sugar water to the room, which surprised me a little, because I left a message saying that it was sent by the hotel staff at the front desk. The safety awareness of outsiders who can come up to the room needs to be improved! And compared to this price of homestays, at least there is a little hand letter to the guests before leaving, and a few greetings will be greeted. There is nothing here. When I leave, I handed in the room card and didn't communicate. I can see that there is still a lack of warm and intimate service awareness. Overall, although there are flaws, I am still very satisfied. I like the pool and the pool for extra points!

I took my baby here for a 2-day 1-night trip during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I booked a B&B one day before departure. I felt rushed and had too much hope, but I found a treasure B&B. The boss took the initiative to contact me one day before departure to discuss specific issues such as transportation, accommodation, and travel intentions. He also gave me a detailed 2-day 1-night itinerary guide for reference. 💛 I was attracted by the garden when I arrived at the B&B. It was particularly beautiful under the sun and full of European style. After entering, the swimming pool was draining, so clean! 💚 There were flowers and plants everywhere on the way to the room, which was pleasing to the eye~ The room was with a private hot spring, clean and hygienic, and the baby liked it very much! The facilities were also new, the toiletries were ok, and the air conditioner was turned on as soon as I entered, showing my thoughtfulness! 🩵 After packing up and resting for a while, the boss prepared freshly baked egg tarts, fruits and tea! He also asked if I wanted a cup of coffee, super enthusiastic! 🧡River tracing ~ Follow the navigation given by the boss without thinking. There are equipment for rent at the camping site. Just bring some food. 💜The sun is not so strong in the evening. It’s so fun to take the baby to play in the swimming pool on the first floor! 💙In the evening, we ate local free-range chicken hotpot at the homestay, which was also booked in advance before checking in. The boss also gave the baby a portion of fried rice noodles! There are K-rooms for singing, barbecue, and mahjong rooms here, which are very complete! ❤️The next day, after breakfast, we went to the orchard recommended by the boss to pick fruits, and feel the fresh melons from the field to the table! Finally, we packed 2 roast chickens and took them back to Shenzhen~ The fragrance filled the car for 2 hours! ! I recommend everyone that the steamed fish in the farm here is also delicious! ! Fresh and sweet! 💗I stayed here for 2 days, and it felt like a personalized customization. I didn’t need to prepare too many strategies in advance, and I didn’t have to find it myself when I went to the river tracing. If I had any needs, I would ask the boss. She would give the location or recommendation like Doraemon, which was really worry-free! The two cleaning ladies were also very warm and thoughtful. They took the initiative to ask for our baby's toothbrush and slippers. The breakfast and afternoon tea they made were also very skillful! 💐🌿🌸Such a beautiful and caring homestay is really worth experiencing!
