The room is not clean. The TV and wifi did not work at all. Of note, the front desk and guest service are rude when I complained to them about the broken TV and room noise. I have to confront them seriously before they offered to change the room for me. It is NOT the hotel experience you want to get on a trip... Well, the hotel is located near government agencies, which makes it convenient for business trips. But they gave you a bad sleep and crappy mood which set you off to a bad start of the business... 最差的酒店体验!! 房间不整洁, 电视和wifi都不能用. 更离谱的是房间上方有大型机器的噪音, 完全睡不着觉!!! 叫前台和工程部的人来修理, 可是他们的态度很不礼貌, 我严厉的反驳之后, 他们才老实了. 最后还是修不好, 在我要求后,只好给我换房间, 大半夜的,十分耽误我休息."

There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area, and the lobby smelled strongly of smoke."

"Family getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great."
