"Seriously, don't stay here! The traffic noise from the road goes on all day and night, making it impossible to sleep. It's incredibly loud; even with noise-canceling earplugs, I could hear everything clearly. Super frustrating 😫. There's a KTV downstairs, and the bass from the speakers vibrated through the building like an earthquake, making my heart pound. I contacted the front desk after midnight to complain, and they didn't even reply until past 2 AM. Is that how they handle issues? This place is not fit for humans; it doesn't meet basic hotel or rest standards. Anyone who stays here is getting ripped off big time! Minus one hundred out of ten!"

"I accidentally booked this hotel for the Qingming Festival, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was very new and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service; the front desk and Trip.com customer service were very helpful in adjusting our booking. Plus, the drivers for the shuttle and the mini-train were all very nice. Everyone seemed very well-trained. The hot spring's smaller pools were perfect for someone like me who's a bit socially anxious, and there were plenty of them."

"The two-bedroom apartment definitely isn't 112 square meters; it's probably 60-70 sqm at most, which is quite small. The moment I opened the door, I felt disoriented, as if I'd walked into a standard, pre-furnished apartment in a regular residential complex. It just had a set of furniture, completely lacking any hotel design. Besides two pendant lights in the living room, all other rooms, including the bathrooms, only had downlights, with no other lighting fixtures. Both bathrooms were tiny. The shower glass was covered in water stains, so dense I almost thought they were decorative patterns. This is severely mismatched with the 1660 weekend room rate. The hot spring entrance is in the neighboring building, the Cloudtop Hot Spring Resort Hotel, requiring an outdoor walk to get there. The indoor kids' play area is quite a distance away, past the outdoor hot spring area in another tall building. There's no cover, which would be very inconvenient if it rained. If you're not planning to use the hot springs and just want to visit the indoor play area, I recommend driving and parking in the ground or underground garage of that building, as there's a public entrance there. The hot springs and kids' play area are excellent, especially the indoor kids' play area. It's spacious, protected from sun and rain, with very new and diverse facilities, and plenty of benches for parents to rest. It's really great. The Chinese restaurant is also very good. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is excellent, and it offers great value for money. There are many attentive and helpful staff members. We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor kids' play area. We had stayed at the adjacent R&F Hilton Hotel the day before, and comparing the two, the Hilton was definitely better. If you have specific accommodation requirements, I'd suggest staying at the Hilton and just driving over to buy tickets for the hot springs/play area; it's very close, only a 2-minute drive."

"First of all, it's really spacious! The room could easily fit four adults, and the amenities are excellent. It was quiet at night, which made for a good sleep. They also offer afternoon tea, and the lady at the front desk even gave us a complimentary breakfast yesterday. Superb! 😊"

"A place suitable for family vacations, the hotel environment and facilities are very good! Surrounded by mountains and water, bamboo forests, there are hot springs, streams, and camping sites. The farmhouse dishes in the restaurant are also very good and reasonably priced. The chicken soup is made from chickens raised by themselves, which is very delicious. The room is clean and spacious, with a good view. There are not many people traveling after the holidays, so it is very comfortable. It is a place suitable for traveling around the holiday."

"The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The housekeeper sent us the route in advance. The hotel is in the community, but it is easier to find with the route guide. The parking fee in the community is capped at 15 per day. You can have a private bath in the room, and you will get an extra pool for free. The housekeeper was very considerate. He turned on the air conditioner for us in advance and brought breakfast to our room. I highly recommend it!"
