__WeChat310947****Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserHaving stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation.

MMarnaInChina2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

The location of the hotel was pretty good, parking was very convenient, check-in was quick, the room was quite large, the bathroom was quite large, and there was also a laundry room. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable. To be honest, this one-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable. I will come back for a good vacation after the National Day holiday. The pool is big enough for our family of three to soak in it together.

The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great! I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.
