"This is our second time visiting Genting, and it truly is a great place for family trips and for kids to unwind. Although the room we booked wasn't huge, it was spacious enough for a family of four and came with a private hot spring tub. There are also plenty of public hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor, plus two kids' water parks, a wave pool, and a regular temperature swimming pool. The highlight is definitely the two-story indoor amusement park, which is a lifesaver for parents! Both times, the kids didn't want to leave. The dining was also excellent; this time we booked with breakfast buffet included, and the value for money was incredible. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely come back again if I have the chance!"

"We booked a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family room. The room was very clean and all the toiletries were fully stocked, including separate bath towels for children, which were all new. Our dedicated customer service manager, Vava, kept in touch via WeChat to see if we needed anything or any help, eliminating the need to call the front desk. The service was very convenient and thoughtful. Most importantly, the kids had a blast!"

"I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids đŸ‘¶đŸ», along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly."

Hilton is Hilton! Our dinners on both nights were also satisfying. The hotel seemed to be promoting its buffet dinner, which offered a wide variety, but it was indeed very crowded. On the second night, we tried the Chinese restaurant, and it was surprisingly good. I hope the hotel continues to strive for excellence!"

"I was truly impressed by this hotel’s beautiful natural setting – the mountain and lake views are simply stunning, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, all with real‑time temperature displays, so I could easily pick the perfect heat level for myself. I also really enjoyed the sauna and steam room facilities. Each themed zone – the traditional Chinese herbal sauna, ginseng and ganoderma rejuvenation room, whisky aroma sauna, stone slab therapy room, and salt steam room – gave me an incredibly relaxing experience. What surprised me most were the thoughtful little details throughout the resort. I found free drinking water, hot tea, lemon water, and fresh juice stations everywhere, which was so convenient after a soak or a sauna session. My room was spacious, and even though the hotel has been open for a while, I noticed that all the furniture and facilities were immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive – they handled all my requests quickly and offered attentive service throughout my stay. I also loved the buffet breakfast and dinner: the dining area is large, and the food selection is abundant, catering to all kinds of international tastes. I found the atmosphere changes a lot depending on when you visit. On weekends it’s lively and warm, with lots of children playing around – a cheerful, family‑friendly vibe. But if you prefer a quieter retreat, I’d recommend weekdays, when it’s much more serene and peaceful. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and would absolutely recommend it to others."

Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!

The service was excellent, and all the hotel staff were very polite. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with cold dishes, pastries, coffee, milk, and other beverages, as well as steamed buns, fried noodles, fried rice, and freshly made noodle soup. It was perfect for a trip with the kids! There's a ball pit and a pool table on the first floor, and the swimming pool is right next door. Everything you need for eating, drinking, and entertainment is conveniently located. We'll definitely go back! Thumbs up, and the front desk lady was super nice!

This place was actually pretty nice in the way it looked and the hotel room was clean. We liked walking around the property, soaking in the hot-spring (hot tub) in our room, and even eating a healthy chicken hot pot dish at the restaurant. The BIG problem was as we got no sleep at all. The walls are paper thin
 we heard everything
 I mean our neighbors shouting and also doing “fun” things that a guy and gal can do until like 2:30 am. We begged management to say something but the couple didn’t and we were moved to a nearby room (downgraded to smaller). Finally sleep. We got a small discount so that was nice

Having stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation.

I had bookmarked this place two years ago, and it just so happened that my stay fell on my birthday. I specifically chose a hotel over a guesthouse, and it really lived up to expectations! The environment and cleanliness were excellent. Parking was super convenient with multiple underground levels of parking spots. I was very satisfied with the hotel's breakfast buffet; I took my time, watching the plants outside the window and spacing out for an hour. Even though I didn't eat much, listening to the music was so enjoyable. My parents went to the hot springs and said the water was very clean, but I didn't go in. I'd definitely come back again if I get the chance! The front desk staff, both the ladies and the 'little dog' (presumably a male staff member, possibly a playful nickname), were very enthusiastic and helpful! The pool was also beautiful, but it was regular temperature, not heated, so I couldn't go in.

Although it is raining, it does not affect the children's fun. After the rain, the air in Guwei Village is fresh. The B&B staff are considerate and provide wind chimes for children. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great! I would like to make a small suggestion. A very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Cai for his all-round care and help.

The service during the ***** New Year was really bad. I couldn't get through to room service at all. On the fifth day of the New Year, I didn't get my room until after 4 PM, and it hadn't even been fully cleaned yet. When I booked, it said there would be welcome fruit, but there wasn't any. I mentioned it to the front desk twice, and each time they said they'd send it right over, but it never arrived. My child got a scrape, and I asked for iodine, and they said they'd send it right over, but it still hadn't arrived by the time we checked out the next day. Then, when I was leaving the next day, I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms, and they all had welcome candies, but I didn't get anything when I checked in yesterday. So, I feel the service is truly indescribable and really reflects poorly on their reputation. However, if you're coming for the hot springs, they are excellent. There are many pools, so it's not crowded at all, and the water is very clean. I only came here for the abundant hot spring pools, but the service attitude left me utterly speechless.

During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then.
