Hotel Bristol in Mostar is an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning available for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a good selection of options to suit various tastes. The location is ideal, situated not far from the historic Old Mostar Bridge and within easy reach of the bus and train stations. The staff are notably friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience at this hotel. Highly recommended!
The breakfast is quite rich, the desserts and fruits are good, and the milk is very strong. The hotel pool is not big, the water temperature is a bit cold, but you can swim. The hotel's sauna is good and suitable for children.
The location is good, the room is big, the 1st to 5th floors are the shopping mall, and the guest rooms are above. The breakfast is very rich. I like Mipas Hotel very much. Thank you to the front desk for printing my boarding pass for free.
An episode when I checked out was that the front desk asked me to collect tax, but the Ctrip price when booking included tax. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service, but the customer service did not speak English and could not communicate directly with the hotel front desk. I did not want to waste time waiting there, so I just Fortunately, I paid 3 euros first, and then Ctrip reimbursed me.
Here are some suggestions: 1. The customer service staff of overseas projects need to master oral English communication skills; 2. Product quotations must be written clearly, and tax cannot be clearly included, as the actual stay will incur new costs!

There is a bakery and cafe downstairs, a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, and a 5-minute walk to the Old Bridge. What else can you ask for? The owner is very friendly and generous, and there is free parking nearby.
The residence apartment is fantastic. Spacious, clean, with elevator. It is in a brand new building. Just 10 minutes easy walk to the old town with sightseeing, shopping and eating.
My only suggestion to the owner is to write down the driving directions turn by turn from the main street to the parking garage which is actually very nice and safe. But the maps navigation gave me a hard time going through some narrow and chaotic streets and a residential apartments complex. In reality, the parking garage entrance is only few feet from a major artery with an easy access.

A short stay for a day, the hotel is quite close to Old Bridge , there are shortcuts to go directly from the hotel to the old street. The room was large and clean and tidy, and it was quite quiet at night.
The hotel supervisor is very enthusiastic and has been chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room and help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip)
The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can use Bosnian coins. The front desk of the hotel will remind you very intimately and help you change the euro to Bosnian coins. The service is full!
The hotel also offers dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!

This hotel is really great. I was originally worried about safety after seeing reviews about Mostar online, but the staff at this hotel were very enthusiastic. They gave detailed introductions when checking in, gave local maps, and gave away two mobile phones. The card can access the Internet.
The breakfast provided in our room was very rich and had many varieties.
Our next stop was Montenegro, and the hotel staff also helped print invitations.
We stayed for two days and had dinner here on the second day. We thought the beef burger was a hamburger, but it turned out that there was cheese in the middle of the beef. We accidentally ordered the wrong one, but it was really delicious. The pasta is also good, and the local specialty of meat wrapped in grape leaves is also good, but the French fries are a bit salty, which is different from those in China.
The sanitary conditions of the hotel are also good, the sheets and bathroom are good. The only shortcoming is the electric water heater. Because it is a water storage type, the water capacity is limited and needs to be washed as soon as possible. However, this small flaw is completely acceptable.
The location is also good, it is very convenient to go directly to the old town.
Oh, by the way, we went to take the bus the next day, because we took a taxi before we got off the train and came to the hotel. It cost 5 euros. I thought it was a bit expensive. I asked the service staff and they said that we could call a taxi, which cost about six or seven marks. We were worried about finding the wrong bus station, but the service staff said they would call it for us. During breakfast the next day, they asked about the time, made a reservation for the bus in advance, and helped us put our luggage on the bus, which was really considerate.
Really, if I have the chance to go next time, I will definitely stay here again. Finally, the service staff in this store are all very good-looking. It’s a pity that I forgot to take photos with them.
This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.
It’s not easy get a parking space in Mostar but we reserved one in Villa. It’s walking distance to get into the centre. We received warm welcome by the staffs. The room is cozy and tidy.

We booked the most expensive room for its bridge view. Finally, whatwe got in return was a huge wall 2 meters away from the window which is not even similar to the view and blocks everything. Later, we learned that the photos in the ad were taken from the building next door, which is currently under renovation.
Despite everything, we would like to thank the hotel staff for the taxi they provided us to reach our next stop.

Excellent
GGuest UserIt's very clean. It has a room that can sleep four people and a kitchen. It's fully equipped. Especially the scenery is so beautiful. You can fall asleep to the sound of running water when you open the window. It's quiet. The bathroom is a bit small and the mattress is a bit soft. Thank you, the landlord. The people are very welcoming. There are no disposable slippers and toiletries, so it is best to bring your own. The water quality is very clean, and the natural water can be drank directly, but there are also kettles, refrigerators, ovens, etc., all available.
GGuest UserThe room is fine in all aspects, very clean, air conditioning is also powerful, that is, when you check out, you have to add tax. I said that the display is included when booking, and the landlord seems very uncomfortable and has not got extra money. Also, don’t believe the picture, the actual location and the picture are not the same place at all.

KKan TravelsVery nice small hotel with friendly staffs, everything was simple and clean, room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the car park.
Breakfast was nice too, everything’s fresh but if u want coffee need to trouble the waiter to pour for you, not self serving, but they were very happy to assist.
The price for no. of guests staying varies, so make sure you enter correctly.
Overall very happy here.

RrafatomilleroGreat stay! The place was clean, modern, and in a perfect location. The host was very attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!
GGuest UserThe room is small, but the front desk is friendly! He patiently explained the local culture to us and gave us children for free. The reason: Chinese are nice! I really like this guy. Parking is convenient!
萨萨迦长孙无忌The location is very good, 10 minutes from the old bridge in the city centre and 15 minutes from the coach station. This is the best homestay I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large and clean. It's just not easy to find in a small alley.

GGuest UserThe room is large and clean, the breakfast is rich, the price/performance ratio is very high, the front desk service is also quite thoughtful, and it is a hotel worth staying in, but the hotel's geographical location is a certain distance from the scenic spot.
