This was our first completely Japanese-style hotel. It may seem unusual for those who are used to standard hotel rooms, but you will quickly feel the charm of this place. Stop here to experience a true ryokan aimed at locals rather than foreign tourists. Hospitality, cordiality, excellent service, phenomenal dinner and breakfast (ordered separately - order in advance and you will not regret it) will leave an indelibly wonderful feeling from the accommodation, which at first glance may seem rustic, but this is deceptive. We had slightly special circumstances, but the owners met us halfway in everything and did everything to make us as comfortable as possible.

Thank you. The hot springs are the best. Sanna is the best. The bedrock bath is the best. It's right after you get off the station, so the location is great too. The surroundings are very quiet and the walks are great too.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite big. It is very clean and the service is very good. There is a convenient store at the ground floor of the hotel and there is a lounge which you can grab a coffee and relax or read a book. I came here on 7 April 2024, there is a Sakura tree right in front of the window of our room. It’s good to have a walk in park next to the hotel. It is full of Sakura. Be mindful that there is another Garden Hotel near by. There is no free car park at the hotell but you can pay 1000 yen to park your car nearby. When we arrived it was very late and the surrounding was very dark. The staff was very nice. He personally took us to the car park. There is a very big shopping centre near the area where you are go shopping and there are a lot of restaurants as well. We spent a very lovely time at the hotel!

This is my second time stay with Mitsui. Love their breakfast and service as always. Huge room and close to the campus station and lalaport. You can easily access to all the convenient store and public transport in front of the hotel.

I am here with my husband. We have been here about 10 times. The rooms are clean and convenient, everything in the hotel is there. Not too far from the station and close to the shopping mall. I think the staff at the morning check-in counter should be more friendly. But the cleaning staff are excellent and speak very well (they are foreigners).

Because I came to see my doctor, I came to this relatively small city, the environment is very good, the hotel has hot springs, cost-effective, health personnel are very careful and hygienic, the hotel has a garden for 15 minutes, suitable for walking!
