I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning."

"It’s was easy to check in, the reception was good, it’s not a good place from the airport, it takes to long time, and the hotel don’t have airport bus, so we had to take a taxi which makes it more expensive. There need better information for new people visiting Osaka."
