"The hotel is being remodeled and we were in a remodeled room. Due to COVID supply chain delays the room was not finished. We had no closet and there were no shelves in the bathroom so towels were stacked on back of toilet. The room is extremely poorly lit. There was only one tiny lamp between the two beds. It was a rainy dark morning and so it was hard to see in the main room. We stayed at a Hampton Inn two nights before in Wheeling West Virginia. That room was bigger and brighter and had a closet and it cost almost 40 dollars less. Go figure. "

"The hotel is right next to the expressway. There are gas stations and shopping centers next to it. There are also many places to eat. It is very convenient to take a break from the middle of the car. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave, which means the bed is a little smaller."

"My husband was there for a cancer surgery followup. He's a disabled veteran and amputee. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly and kind. Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very clean and very spacious. The little kitchen was awesome and very useful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Wonderful place to stay for a great price."

"Great Hotel, 5 stars in all categories. We needed a pet friendly hotel and this Hampton Inn & Suites was just that. Front desk allowed an early check- in when we arrived early from our road trip and put us in a room on a lower level to make it convenient for taking our senior citizen furr ball outside. All day fresh coffee was awesome and the hot breakfasts each day was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again the next time we're in Morgantown."

Our free high speed wireless internet access is perfect for any traveler, no matter where you are in our hotel.We are located within 3 miles of WVU. Must-see sights include Cooper’s Rock State Forest, WVU Football Stadium, WVU Coliseum, Monongalia County Ballpark, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water’s, Ohio Pyle, Forks of Cheat Winery, Cheat Lake, Rails and Trails, as well as several fine dining and shopping establishments. We are a short drive to Fairmont, WV, Pittsburgh, PA, and Cumberland, MD. We look forward to seeing you soon!

"Looking at the very old building, the rooms are not bad, clean and not crowded, but the sign of the entrance location is not obvious. I found it wrong for the first time. The facilities are a bit ordinary, but worthy of the price, free parking, free WiFi, breakfast included, good value for money, and the location is OK, not too partial, but there are no people at night, not the kind of downtown. Overall good and cost-effective!"

BBeth SekerakEveryone was very nice. The hotel was clean. Check in was easy. The location was right off the highway and near many chain stores (Target, TJ Maxx, Old Navy, Bed, Bath, and Beyond), restaurants, and a grocery store. There was a free grab-and-go breakfast (muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee).
I only had one problem. I am allergic to feather pillows. There were 6 pillows in our room, all were feather pillows. I called down to the front desk and asked for a different pillow. They said they would have to check to see if they had other pillows. Minutes later a very nice person from housekeeping was at my door giving me another pillow....which was also a feather pillow. We ended up having to buy new pillows for our stay.

GGuest UserThe room was somewhat clean. The window curtains had stains. The shower was supposed to be handicap accessible but it was not. The shower has no room to stand and shower so you have to set on the built in seat to bathe. Wheelchairs can’t roll into this shower so you’d have to lift the person into the shower. The breakfast was decent. Boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, donuts, bagels, OJ, cranberry and apple juice, sausage gravy and biscuits.

LLuis MaqAlways a great time. Easy to walk to anywhere. Great Lake view. Bars always a good vibe. Only bad thing my girl & I like to sleep in the last night order room service. The tv internet was off this time wouldn’t connect. Besides that always great.
