"Pessima attenzione alla clientela, personale sottodimensionato per il numero di clienti, in tutti i servizi. Assistenza di facciata ma non di sostanza, personale al check in non professionale ,inizialmente la camera assegnata non corrispondeva a quella prenotata, dopo più di mezz’ora di discussione siamo riusciti ad ottenere quella pagata anticipatamente. L’hotel dispone di un ottima piscina. Pulizia da rivedere, asciugamani macchiati e anche logorati. "

Perfect spot to start a trip or just walk around the best areas of Monte Carlo! We will be back! Price: Good Value: Excellent (excellent soaps, toiletry, etc.) Service: I love the macaroons! "The location is very remote. Ctrip suggested that there is a free shuttle bus, which is misleading. It is impossible to make an appointment. The communication is ineffective.
