"The counter staff is polite and friendly. If you arrive early in the morning, you can store your luggage for free and get a transportation Guest Card in advance. It's great👍🏻
The breakfast is rich and the room faces the station and the river, with a great view.
The only thing that needs improvement is that the towels in the room were not replaced. The exhaust system would shut down automatically. We stayed for two nights and the towels were not replaced, which was puzzling."

"The room was arranged on the ground floor. There was no view outside the window. The room was smaller than in the photo or imagined, but it had all the necessary facilities. The location was also great. It was very close to the bus station. It was still a wonderful stay. one night!"

Because there are a lot of hiking there, I’ll bring some to eat on the road after eating in the morning.
The bed was old and noisy, but it was pleasant to sleep on. It seemed like it was sunken in the middle, but it was just not uncomfortable."

"The two front desk staff are so nice. They will help you check the time and route for your trip. They will also recommend restaurants. The front desk staff can also speak simple Chinese, which is really thoughtful. Although the room is small, it has become more and more comfortable after staying for two days. The breakfast is rich and very detailed. There are all kinds of bread and sauces, as well as unlimited yogurt and coffee."

"The property is located at very(!) mountainous terrain, it is really tough to get there by foot , and carrying luggage is making it really painful.
Note: there is no any Uber-like service in the city (not related to the property itself, just general comment).
We got a room in the basement floor and it was a bit cold inside (may). Cleaning is on demand (you have to ask for it at the reception or put a sign on the door. Staff warns you about it in advance). I had some issues with drying my towel as there was no any heater in the room.
No issues with hot water, the bed was a bit firm to me but thats okay.
Breakfast is okay-ish (typical austrian / german, eggs , bread, butter and some cold cuts, yogurt and juice is also available). Coffee was great.
Personnel is very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel has a yard, parking is free, the check-in is super simple, even the passport is not needed, but it is not found at night, but the foreign hotels are basically like this, at night the front desk to leave a call, something to call, huh, huh. 環境：酒店的環境非常優美，國王湖畔的風光盡收，依山傍水，煙霧繚繞，很適合休閑度假。
設施：設施也很齊全，有溫泉泳池，並且溫泉池直通室內。
衛生：衛生環境很好，看起來是個有些年頭的老建築，內部有很多老傢具，但衛生卻意外的乾淨。
服務：服務非常好，我在預訂的時候本該訂兩間，因為我自己操作失誤，衹訂成功了一間，辦理入住時，跟前台溝通了一下之後，直接現場幫我開了同樣的房型，並且房間價格沒有抬高。
餐飲: 酒店提供餐食，晚餐是訂房間帶的，晚餐要根據菜單點餐，是很有特色的德國餐食。"
