"The location is quite good. In a calm area and just 20 minutes to the center by public transportation. There is Super U supermarket nearby so it’s very convenient. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. However they could improve by providing bottle of water in the room which is an usual practise in every hotel. There wasn’t fridge inside the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was quite hard and thick. I had pain in my neck the day after. Anyway was good overall"

"This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot.
