"A wonderful property, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the owner & her staffs were especially friendly & helpful, steps from the beach & Main Street, many wonderful restaurants nearby, good breakfast, only minus is our room has no TV, the electric kettle’s cover was broken, I almost got scalded. Hope they will replaced it before someone got hurt. Overall, love the place, absolutely will recommend it!!!"

"This hotel is next to the beach of mirissa. The owner is a female Canadian. There are 4 villas in total. The 8 rooms are very modern. There is a large area where you can have tea and coffee. The swimming pool is also very good. It has its own piece. The beach is great. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious and the experience was great."

"There is a mini beach near the hotel, about 5 minutes walk, more than one kilometer to the main beach, or take a sudden car, the room is not small, you can really see the sea view, health, in a few days in Sri Lanka, I am used to it. Breakfast is fruit bread and the like. I go to eat around ten o'clock. I don't even have an omelette. I don't know if it is late, and many ants crawl on the dining table. It is a bit scary, and don't want to Coffee, really the most difficult coffee I have ever tried."

"The standard of this hotel and it's rooms, is exceptional! Definetly 10 out of 10 for mine ,as l have stayed in 100,s of hotels around the world over the past 30 years,( except for Covid) it;s not beach front ,but it is only a short scenic walk to a great beach area any way! The staff where very friendly and helpful in advice on where to visit etc. Would certainly stay again ,and l recomend this hotel to any one wishing to stay in this area."

"This hotel was in a very nice location. We had access to the beach right through the back of the hotel. Then, you are able to walk along and get to the main beach. The staff was helpful when the power in our room didn’t work. We were moved to a new room. Which turned out to be much better because the first room was infested with ants. Ants all over the toilet, sink, and on the floor along the walls. Great location, but make sure to check for ants. "
