"It was a great hotel for overlay flight. It is not far frok miri city, unfortunately the hotel is quite old, but it is okay to stay here if it is only for one night. I had good night sleep nevertheless!"

"I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around "

"This hotel is newly renovated which located in the middle of a golf coast. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the room service was nice. The room we stayed in was really clean. Too bad this hotel does not have any swimming pool, it would be great if they have one! Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights 😀"

"It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system. "

"I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much."

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Kingwood boutique hotel for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the warm hospitality.
The room was clean, and suitable for budget business trip. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.
Location-wise, the hotel was perfect, with easy access to any shopping center.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miri.

FfazlinaThe room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back.

DDe XingThe hotel is located at a convenient location, at the center of Miri city. We got the street view room which comes with some problems. It can become noisy at night as the road in-front is very busy. On the first night I could not really can a good sleep due to the noise but subsequent nights I used ear plugs which solves all the problem.
The hotel provides free parking to it's guests, there are only about 10 open-air car lots in-front of the hotel if there are no available slots the staff allowed us to park beside the building. There is a cafe right beside the lobby of the hotel and many restaurants within walking distance around the hotel. It is not recommended to park outside the hotel building zone as you might get fined.
Wifi was bad at the level that I was staying at, my mobile data has better connection haha. The room was really spacious and the TV has hdmi plug so we just played our own media in it. Overall it was a good experience given the price per night.

CCoughfeeThe location itself is very close to the airport. This is perfect who for those who need to catch up with early flight or to have a quick rest after long flight. Although it is near to the airport, suprisingly it is not noisy. You can hardly hear the plane take off or landing noise. For meal, it is located at strategic location where food can be easily reachable by Grab or other food delivery app. The hotel is very clean, quiet and equipped with facilities such as long swimming pool, sauna, gym, common areas, self service laundry and plenty of vending machines. I was lucky enough to be upgraded from superior king room to apartment one bed room. It was totally free due to the hotel overbooked.
Overall it was a great experience and I recommend for this hotel

Aazz412Checked in at 4pm but the rooms was not ready, thus i got a free upgrade to the next category room. Ocean view room offers a majestic view. The room was clean and spotless and no noise can be heard from outside. Bath tub overlooking the ocean. The only downfall is there is no carpet thus the floor can be cold when u walk barefoot.

NN-ALoved everything about our stay!
It might be quite a distance from the city if you don’t drive a car, but if you do, it’s only less than a 10-min drive.
Service was definitely top-notch; from the main entrance to the front desk, including the staff at the Zest restaurant.
Breakfast spread was very good and tasty especially the fresh fruit juices!
Definitely recommended and will stay here again 😊

MMs. AliceThe hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise.
However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay.
With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.

AAzmalThe best place to stay in Miri. Definitely no doubt about it. The standard room type was clean with a panoramic view, facing the south China Sea. The bathroom showers very good and so powerful. The bed was soft and clean. Except for the pillows. I should have changed to a soft one.
However, the morning breakfast was superbly delicious and we enjoy it every moment especially the nasi goreng.

MMohd Hafadzie Ag SallehStaying for 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Everything is good especially the room due to the deluxe room being full & upgraded to a premier room 😍😊
But the bad thing is, the receptionist is kinda gloomy & unwilling to solve the problem. On the first night staying, i still didn't sleep & forgot to lock the door. Luckily the door guard is intact, and i heard someone trying to open the door. The next morning, I requested to see CCTV footage to know who the one opening our door room was. But the receptionist said, ”oh we wrongly gave the room key last night to the guest”.. that's not the answer to what we want.. that means the hotel is not secure at all for a guest to stay.
On the 2nd day, i already set the button for the make up room, but no housekeeping doing make up room after back from Bazaar Gawai late night.. and i ask the receptionist and they answer ”Oh, we fully book & need to clean the room ASAP & didn't do make up room” 😅 is that an excuse not to do make up room??
All the time I'm going to the receptionist, the same receptionist is not smiling at all 😅😅
For the facility, everything is good but no phone in the room 🤣 so it's hard to reach reception or housekeeping.
