"I suggest the basement should reserve for the guest not only for long stay guest. It made a very inconvenient to us as no enough parking space and have to park very far away. Cleaning have to do everyday without any demand although I put notice to cleaning but no one turn up. The building a little bit noisy as the persons around like to pull the chair around "

"This hotel is newly renovated which located in the middle of a golf coast. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the room service was nice. The room we stayed in was really clean. Too bad this hotel does not have any swimming pool, it would be great if they have one! Nonetheless, I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights 😀"

"It was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system. "

"I have book this hotel for our engineer who has a business trip at Miri. This is his 2nd stayed. This apartment is near to the Shell office just 10-15 minit walkin distance. There are lot of store at this building so it is convenience to get basic things. He like this hotel very much."

GGB16I been staying here since 2015.Great Hotel with amazing hospitality, service, sweet smile every where(good Ong) . Here I would like thanks few personal who entercounter during my stay. Ms Bibiana,(front office) Ms Wene and Ms Gina (who cater my breakfast and coffee 🥐😊 every morning.
Always play good role take care thier inhouse customers.
Not forgetting the maid who make up my room, on 2nd floor. (I forget her name) fast and quick service.

GGuest UserThe environment was great, comfortable bed and cleanliness of the overall hotel is top rated. Like the filter drinking water tap so much, easy for travelers. Outside noise filtering is great but room to room sound filtering can improve a little.

IISyuUpon check-in, I noticed that guests are offered a complimentary drink. However, I was never offered one. Out of curiosity, I inquired about it, and the receptionist explained that the cafe was closed but promised to provide it the next day. Unfortunately, the same receiptionist did not fulfill this promise.
The water pressure was good, and basic amenities were provided. The shower gel was sufficient.

DDSLGI stayed at the Pullman Miri Waterfront in a Deluxe King Room with Sea View and found the room to be spacious and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom large, and overall, the room setup is ideal for both business and leisure stays. The hotel’s location is excellent close to the city center, with easy access to restaurants and waterfront views. However, cleanliness remains an issue that the hotel needs to address more seriously. This was my second stay, and unfortunately, once again I encountered stained bed linen. I's disappointing that such basic standards aren’t consistently maintained. For a hotel under the Pullman brand, consistency in cleanliness should be a given, not a recurring concern. Overall, it's a decent stay but the housekeeping standards need improvement, especially if the hotel aims to retain returning guests

NN-ALoved everything about our stay!
It might be quite a distance from the city if you don’t drive a car, but if you do, it’s only less than a 10-min drive.
Service was definitely top-notch; from the main entrance to the front desk, including the staff at the Zest restaurant.
Breakfast spread was very good and tasty especially the fresh fruit juices!
Definitely recommended and will stay here again 😊

RRaj NadThe hotel is conveniently located in a shopping mall, making it easy to access food and shops. Our room and bathroom were very clean and felt newly renovated. It was also comfy and suitable for our baby. The check-in process was smooth, and while the service was just okay, everything went well.

They upgraded my room to a unique two-level layout, which added a special touch to the experience. I loved the cozy interior—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Dona Cafe and TRX. Definitely planning to come back again for another staycation.
