"Thankfully, we picked this hotel! Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but the window view was also excellent. The in-room music was a delightful touch – I absolutely loved it. It turns out this is considered the top hotel in the area; I even heard the Prime Minister stays here, and I can totally believe it! Despite that, the room rate we paid wasn't excessive, making it fantastic value for money! 👍"

"pros: - bed/pillow very comfy!! - spacious room - clean - smart tv - have mini fridge - eatery place within walking distance just behind hotel, hotel also have in house cafe cons - showerhead attached together with bath tub, water can get messy and a bit slippery, wished they have seperate space for shower - wifi slow - room a bit dark as they use yellow lighting overall ok, access card a bit troublesome if you dont know how to use rating: 8/10"

"The room is nice. Location wise also great. center, close to malls, just beside the road. everything there is great except the parking. which is a big turn off to me. They only allowed one time in and out, if you want to go in and out more than one time, you have to pay! then the worst part is, u have to queue for VERY long time to get car parked.they have fancy 'multi-storey' parking like in Japan, which was supposed to be convenient but yeah not for them. to get it parked i t took 30mins and so does to get it back."

"Literally in from of mall and wireless walk. good location, minus point on no specific hotel parking but when i was there, parking was not an issue. rooms are nice with good amenities. Beware, the in house bfast is not buffet but rather just a meal and a drink which just an okay meal."

"I don't know how many times I have booked this hotel but as always the service is so good, the amenities almost complete it's just that toothbrush usually given 2 but this time the toothbrush has 1 only but luckily the staff give another toothbrush when I ask for it 😊"

"The hotel was charming and the rooms were superb. Despite being right across the street facing Ming’s, I could barely hear any noise from either Ming's nor the street. Location is convenient, and grab orders are just one phone call away; it only took me an average of 3 minutes to wait to get one."

"The unit where we stayed is clean, have a breathtaking full view of the sea. Miss Nisa is very helpful to inform me the unit that we supposed to stay according to my booking have problem with their air-conditioning. So she change it to another unit. We really enjoy staying at Bay Resort. We can brisk walk and sight seeing. There's a lot of Chinese restaurants nearby too. Its a great experience to us as this is our first time coming and staying in Miri. This place is recommended to travellers with families who loved beaches and love to listen to the sound of the waves."

"location wise is good just walking distance to permaisuri imperial mall upon step into the hotel lobby you can smell the bad wet moisture near to the receptionist and also in our bedroom. u can see the black stain on every wallpaper due to the wet moist. telephone in our room is only for display. there is no telephone cable connected. have to walk down the lobby to request for toothbrush only provided upon request. Floor carpet is not light colour as shown in the picture, its dark colour now.. they should have done proper cleaning or maintainance. Our room didnt have fridge and the lightning of the room is very dim."

"It's a decent hotel located just next to the airport. *************. As we landed, we could already see the hotel from the runway. They provide excellent shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. We love the fact that it was so close to the airport as our daughter was only joining us after landing at around midnight. The staff was friendly and courteous. We were also very happy with the self service laundry that they provide. It was complimentary provided you bring your own detergent. Otherwise, you can buy detergent from the vending machine. Breakfast was yummy and a semi buffet. The sauna and infinity pool were very inviting but we didn't have time to try them. Too bad."

"Overall service is good and quality up to par, although some suggestions for washroom improvement: 1) stubborn dirt hidden at the corner and cracks might have risk of domestic infestation especially with humid and wet environment - might require better disinfectant and cleaning reagents to deal with those, regular maintenance and surveillance may require to reduce lesser effort in dealing major issues (both construction and health) in the future 2) it'd be awesome if a manual water bidet hose is installed instead of the one's installed inside the toilet bowl, it may be difficult to control the pressure... and also considering the hygiene part some people may find it inconvenient... that'd cause pain for real, physically. 🤣 Keep up the good work. Would definitely come back again. 👍🏻"
