"Services and facilities are better than many international 4, 5 star hotels. To name a few, free laundry, free simple but heart warming supper, take away bf.... It has a very nice and spacious common area for reading, working or waiting for your laundry. Very nice and relaxing breakfast area too. No 5-star selection or spread, but simple and well prepared delicious breakfast. Room for improvement is the lobby area."

"I specifically chose this hotel to attend my idol's concert, and it turned out to be a truly top-tier concert accommodation experience! From transportation to support activities, every step was meticulously planned, maximizing my positive impression! Upon arriving at the hotel lobby, the familiar spaciousness and brightness instantly put me at ease. The receptionist smiled and took my ID, proactively asking during check-in, ”Are you here for tonight's concert? We offer free venue shuttle service!” That immediately addressed my concerns—I was worried about finding a taxi after the concert, but that was completely gone. The hotel's shuttle was not only punctual but also had spacious and comfortable seats. Staff even notified the meeting time in advance via group chat, so I didn't have to worry about routes or transportation. On the way to and from the venue, I could chat with other fans about my idol, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Even more surprising was the idol support gift package I received upon check-in! From customized banners and light sticks to badges printed with my idol's name, everything was a must-have for fans, eliminating the need to spend time searching for merchandise outside the venue. What's most heartwarming is that each of these little gifts was carefully packed into a canvas bag by the staff. Even small items like alcohol fans and steam eye masks were neatly arranged. Considering the potentially hot and humid atmosphere, the alcohol fans both cool and disinfect; and to prevent arm and eye strain from holding up light sticks for extended periods, the steam eye masks provided relief after the show. They really understand concert fans' needs better than we do! In the room, the room key, resembling a postcard of the local scenery, remains a cherished souvenir. The spacious and bright room, the convenient design of not needing a card for power, and the soft, comfortable bed made me feel incredibly at ease. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom kept everything clean, and after a shower and lying on the comfortable bed, all the day's fatigue instantly vanished. This hotel truly embodies the needs of concert fans in its service. Free shuttle service solves transportation problems, thoughtful support packages fill fans' hearts with gratitude, and the comfortable accommodations make it feel like a tailor-made hotel for concerts! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I go to a show!"

"This is our second stay at the Coli. It is very convenient for our needs, because our family lives near by(the hotel is not in central Fuzhou, if that is what you are looking for). It is close to many shops and restaurants and services, as well as a number of parks. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed,  had ample storage for our extended stay, and had a fridge and electric kettle( no microwave). We enjoyed the lovely 20 meter lap pool, well equipped gym, and  restaurant ( weekend buffet special and breakfast). The staff was courteous and  usually helpful. We did request a repair of the ventilation fan in the bathroom, but it did not happen. We stayed here during the month of March , when the temp varied a lot.  We were  too warm on a few nights,  and when we asked about making the room cooler, a fan was provided. I’m not sure why the AC wasn’t working-maybe it was too early in the season. We would stay here again! Great value for what would be a 4 star hotel in the US."

"I brought my kids to Fuzhou for the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. Deputy Manager Zheng arranged a quiet room for me. Although the room was not on a very high floor, it was very quiet and had a good view. The hotel breakfast was also OK. The hotel parking lot is large, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you travel during the May Day holiday. It's worth staying."

I forgot to pack my clothes on a business trip, and it was hot in Fuzhou. Time was tight for me getting to the hotel, and I had a client meeting that afternoon. I told her about my situation, and she went out of her way to help me wash and dry my clothes, leaving them smelling great. My meeting with the client that afternoon went very smoothly. "I originally stayed at Meiyuan Hotel with the mentality of giving it a try, but I didn't expect that it was really low-priced and high-service. The front desk clerk Xiao Jin was warm and friendly. The room had a strong smell of books. I liked the decoration style very much. There were also care packages in the room, which was very considerate. They were all robot services.
