"The shower handle was missing and since it was a Saturday nobody from building maintenance was available to fix it. Also no other room was available. I would like to have gotten some sort of compensation from the hotel or Trip.com but I was not able to call Trip.com until later in the week and nobody was able/willing to do anything for me."

"I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel is. Even while they're undergoing renovations, everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. My bed was heavenly. The pillows.... ahhhhhhhh. Nice arrangement, comfortable, and very clean. Nice soap, shampoo etc. The picture is a chaise that was surprisingly comfortable! I'd return over and over."

"Friendly staff and comfortable bed.
And most of all, it's quiet, so it's good to sleep, and there are amenities and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast provided by Hochel is simple and convenient."

"We stayed here for a 3-day hockey tournament. The room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, and convenient to have a microwave and fridge. There are plenty of eateries and nearby supermarkets if needed. Unfortunately, our tournament games ended up being 40-45min from the hotel, so that was too much driving in one weekend, but that’s not the hotel’s problem. It was a very pleasant stay."

"The breakfast is very good, you can fry the waffles yourself, there are many other options, the yogurt is very good. There is a swimming pool and gym, and the door can be opened with a room card. There is a parking lot."

"The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The family suite is booked. The facilities are complete. It is very close to the outlets. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. The fly in the ointment is that the service staff is very general. It may be because the language communication ability is limited. Even the breakfast has an old service. The staff is very indifferent and stereotyped, and the impression is very bad.
The hotel can park for free and it is very convenient to drive by car."

"It is a better domestic hotel. The room has two 1.5-meter large beds, which can accommodate 4 people if it is economical. We travel by car, so we didn't consider traffic, only free parking. Not far from Ole, ten minutes drive"
