GGuest UserThe service in the hotel was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Champagne on arrival and also for breakfast as it was my girlfriends birthday. The pool was also incredible and the beds all around the pool were so relaxing and never full up too! Breakfast was also superb! Overall the staff was what made the stay so nice, even though the property is absolutely beautiful itself!! Cannot recommend enough, if looking for a beautiful, chilled, calm stay with an amazing pool, luxurious room, 5 minutes to beach and 3 minutes to all the restaurants in Centre! Hope to be back someday!

GGuest UserWe have a fantastic experience here only AC problem that the hotel can’t fix it for us. Long story short, at night it’s cold and the hotel has changed the AC to hot ONLY! We can’t sleep because it’s too hot for us and we needed to open the door of the terrace for all night to cool the room down to sleep. We informed the staff and she told us that she can’t do anything for us because it’s control all of the AC in the hotel so she recommended us to open the main door and the terrace door for the wind to keep the temperature down and it worked perfectly. So 2 nights that we needed to sleep with the door open but it was a fantastic experience still! Thanks for the staff that trying to fix the problem and make the situation better.

AAnaPerfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly

NNo_return_dateThis place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal

SSydnationIt was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi.
10 minutes stroll to the beach.
Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma.
The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

The only problem we had in the shower that we couldn’t able to use the shampoo because the machine or the tool whatever they call it it wasn’t working properly and we had to wash ourselves with hand wash liquid . But on another day we went to shopping and we bought the cheapest hair and body shampoo and we use that it was simple solution for us.

AAnonymous UserHotel is very clean, the all inclusive food is about the standard of a 3 star hotel. What we ate was fine, plenty of choice. We did eat out a few evenings out of choice which we planned to do anyway, but overall the food was plentiful, hot and good enough.
The noise from outside the hotel woke us up early each morning. First night, a gardener cutting the trees woke us at 8am. Second night, cars using their horns around 8am, this is by no means a hotel fault! It couldn't be helped. Third night, which sounded like a cleaner using a vacuum as early as 8am?
On the last day at 10.15am prior to checkout the cleaner walked into the room expecting us to be out, we were semi dressed which was slightly embarrassing! Surely cleaner shouldn't be going into the room until after the 11am checkout time?
The close area to the hotel is very clean and lovely, although on a cold, cloudy day, we struggled to find something to do within the area as we had already visited the marina the previous day. I wouldn't recommend this area for children as close by there is very little else to do other than beach or swimming pool activities. If I were to stay in cala d'Or again I'd consider renting a car so we had more freedom to visit further.
Overall, the hot is fab, we really couldn't complain at all for the price we paid.

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.
