This home features a large and spacious layout and modern updates such as black granite counter tops throughout the home. Also the home has very nice grey wood flooring, can lighting throughout and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes an island style set up with farm sink in the middle. You will experience white cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms for a matching style. As you walk in the front door you will encounter a staircase to your right side leading up to the upstairs where you will find all 3 bedrooms. Upstairs includes the master suite with a large bedroom with a large walk in closet, along with a beautiful tub and separate standing shower. Upstairs there is also the washer and dryer hook ups for easy access. The other 2 bedrooms are also large with plenty of closet space. The downstairs areas you will find an open layout for living room with a nice fireplace, a dining area and kitchen space. This home does includes a large community yard area, but it is only fenced on the back side, so pets cannot be left outside unattended. There is a spacious 2 car garage available for use during your stay. Its open and airy layout can accommodate up to 10 people. Gather around the fireplace as you watch the greatest snow on earth fall outside your door- teasing of what's to come on the ski slopes the next morning! While the fully updated backyard has all the amenities you could hope for to make this trip a memorable one. To name a few, a Ping Pong table, Corn Hole, and a Frisbee golf goal!The home is furnished with queen memory foam beds in two of the bedrooms, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom, with a full and twin bed. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 5-7 people. But with the additional fold-down couch and blow-up mattress- perfect for the kids- we can easily fit 10 comfortably! Looking to work from home? Our home's internet is a blazing fast 1G fiber line, fast enough for you and all your family and friends to work and watch movies at the same time.Looking to NOT work from home? Please do not park in the gravel drive on the east side of the home. This is reserved for access to a private work studio we have on the property.In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside, or by the hot tub.There is a private work studio on the property, no guest access to this studio.
