"Suitable for self-driving friends, the price is higher in comparison
Facilities: Configuration of hotel chain
Hygiene: clean
Environment: The location is a bit far from the airport, no car is inconvenient
Service: OK"
"The hotel is in a good location and the surrounding environment is very beautiful. However, when we came, the hotel was under renovation and the noise in the corridor was very loud. We could clearly hear the movement of people in the room above. The waiters and other staff were not particularly attentive. After disturbing the room, they did not even lock the door. Overall, it does not match the price."
"Lovely historic hotel in the heart of the beautiful quaint town of Concord Massachusetts. The restaurant is fabulous, and the rooms are wonderful especially for the price. Location is awesome; love walking around the town, and it’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown Boston. "
"The hotel is nice, it's on a hillside and surrounded by hotels, it feels very safe, it takes 20 to 30 minutes to drive to anywhere in Boston by taking the expressway, and the laundry room charges $2 for washing and drying clothes."
"The hotel is very new, the room is very comfortable, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is one of the more delicious free breakfasts. Everything was originally a good experience...but I booked a one-bedroom suite, and the wardrobe in the room was blocked behind the bedroom door, so I forgot to check the closet when I checked out, and there was a set of clothes hanging in it that I didn't take away. I found it that night and immediately contacted the hotel and they said they didn't find it. I went there in person the next morning and still couldn't find it. I called to confirm a week later and still couldn't find it. Because it can be confirmed that the clothes are 100% hanging in the closet, it can only be that someone took it away. This closet needs to be placed in the sheets, quilts, blankets, etc. needed for the sofa bed in the room. We must have put them back after using them before, so I don't think the cleaning staff will forget to clean up the closet and cause it to be taken away by the next guest. So, so, everything is beautiful. I was depressed for a long time because of this incident. I can only remind everyone to check more when checking out."
"This is my second time staying here. The breakfast is very good. It's just near the highway, so the traffic is loud. And now they charge parking fees, which is a bit excessive. The house prices fluctuate a lot. There is Costco across the street, so shopping is convenient."
"The hotel is near the highway, the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is simple but not bad, the room is comfortable, there is a kitchen counter, equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, tableware, etc., can be simple cooking. But there is no view when walking out, there are roads on all sides, and there is no market town."

Great
GGuest UserStayed at an upgraded harbor view king room. One of the largest and nicest room I have stayed this year at the price of a Marriott Courtyard stay downtown. Almost everything can be controlled via the IPad. Mini bar is stocked with drink and snacks, the price is steep and the items will be charged to you room if you pick them up for more than 30 secs. The front desk staff did warn me of that so I was not surprised by that. You will have to pay to use the fridge if you want to store your own items. Aside from the location, everything else is 5 star for me But from what I read online, the Encore does offer shuttle services to downtown/chinatown. Will stay again if I’m ever in Boston in the future.
AAnonymous UserCan walk to Harvard. Very satisfied with the hotel, there is a kitchen for cooking, the bathroom has underfloor heating, there is a big supermarket next to the hotel, the breakfast is very delicious, I have recommended it to several friends, and they are all satisfied
SSamennasidumuThe hotel is in a convenient location, very convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, the bedding is also very hygienic, and the hotel staff is very polite. The breakfast is also good, suitable for business trips.

GGuest UserNice and clean motel located off of a major highway. Right across the street is a huge grocery store and a couple of restaurants. I enjoyed my stay here.
DDarburaPros:
New Yorker first time driving to Boston, so i need a hotel that provide parking. This hotel provide free and pretty safe parking in their basement which is excellent for interstate driving travelers.
Beside free parking, this hotel also great for sightseeing Boston via public transportation. There is a bus stop right across the street. Bus 77 will go straight to the Red Line Harvard Station. You can transfer to Red Line and go straight to the city. Or you can transfer to Bus 1, which will take you to nearby Boston University and Newbury St. From Newbury St stop, you can transfer to the Green Line at Hynes Convention Center Station. There are a lot of attractions right on the Green Line for you to explore.
When you are done with your travel, u can take Red Line or Bus 1 back to Harvard Station, then transfer 77 and it will take you back right next to the hotel.
This hotel also provide free breakfast in my booking. The breakfast is nice but will be better if it can last to 10am during the weekdays. (6-9weekdays, 7-10 weekends)
The room is not bad, pretty big with table, kitchen, refrigerator, sofa, two tvs and a bed. The room I have is pretty clean and I do not have much to complain. The hotel staffs are nice too.
Cons: The mattress is not too hard or soft and is comfortable for me. However, it is little too noisy when you try to move or turn.
The bathtub is slippery when you step in it, especially where there’s water in it. I have to grab the pole tight every time. The hotel need to address this issue for safety.
GGuest UserI came to Boston with my children, primarily to visit Harvard University and soak in the atmosphere of such a prestigious institution. Boston itself is a historic city, home to many world-class universities, and definitely worth experiencing.
DDaidaishoubatouniuxiangleyibianThe hotel is far away from downtown Boston and is suitable for those with cars. However, the room is large and the facilities are complete. The quality of the bedding is also very good. The surrounding area is relatively safe at night. There is free parking and the price/performance ratio is very good!
JJameszhanThe hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes' walk from the nearest subway. The room is OK, clean and simple, with a bathtub, no slippers and kettle provided
The hotel has its own parking lot. If you drive there, you need to get a receipt from the front desk and put it in the car, free of charge. Overall good
Yyuan~erThe location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
